Hot Toys has released some images of its upcoming 1/6-scale Guardians of the Galaxy Thanos figure.
Based on the character's appearance in the Guardians of the Galaxy films, Hot Toys' Thanos is a wonder to behold. While the character's face appears a little more human-like than his comics counterpart (as these film characters often go), the figure conveys all of Thanos' bulk and sheer presence. And the armor? Simply put, it looks glorious.
The cosmic baddy stands 38-cm tall (putting him close to 15-inches in height) so he should stand a head above many of your other 1/6-scale collectibles. He comes with his throne which will have LED light-up effects (ie, expect him to be on the pricey side) as well as some interchangeable hands. Oh, and did I mention he looks incredible?
Hot Toys' Thanos can be pre-ordered for a sizable (but not unexpected) US$415 and is slated for a late 2015/early 2016 release. Be sure to check out the gallery for all of the amazing images.
