Two Men Charged With Raping 16-Year-Old at Johns Hopkins Fraternity
Two men have been charged with raping a 16-year-old girl during a Halloween party last month at the off-campus residence for Johns Hopkins University's Sigma Alpha Epsilon chapter. The suspects allegedly assaulted the R4i SDHC teenager in one of the fraternity's bathrooms.

Chaz Haggins, 20, and Ethan Turner, 19, were charged with first- and second-degree rape and conspiracy to commit first- and second-degree rape, according to the Baltimore R4 3DS Sun. Neither are students at Hopkins.
