I did something bad tonight. Extremely bad. I can't actually believe I did. What's wrong with me….?

I drew blood. For the first time in a long time. Not a lot but… But it was bright red. Nobodies awake for me to talk to. It felt really good.. I don't think that I can tell anyone anyway. Just would hurt them. The people I love they would hurt. Please just save me.
