A few things about me, but not about me, mainly stuff I think about when I'm not thinking.
Sheggo's rping profile
A little note I'd like to make is as a sort of experiment I evolve this character as he goes, meaning whatever happens to him in any rp stays with him. He's currently about six years old. Get ready to read, this is the extended version, but not the book version... be grateful... (There is actually a book version underway, if I can get around to writing it...)
Username: Sheggorath the skooma cat(gaia)/Sherogeth(Solia)
Race: Originally human hes now a Neko, or Naravirala, in English both can translate to cat man.
Age: 4527 years old, but as Sheggo he looks somewhere in the 40’s and acts about 20.When Shero he's just all around 20...
Power/talents: Energy; He can manipulate antimatter's violent reaction with normal matter to create a sort of electricity that varies in colour with his mood. A deep and bright purple is its usual colour, red is when he is angry or frustrated, and if it condenses into a white energy he is in the mood to kill everything near him. This is the base of most of his other powers.
Mental; He has mental abilities like mind reading, telepathy, and illusions. The illusions are created by using his energy to manipulate the electrical signals in the brain, bypassing the physical senses and/or the signals from the body. It can also affect as many minds as he can handle, but it doesnt work so well on beings without a typical mind, such as robots or ghosts. He rarely gets into other peoples minds since its gotten him in trouble in the past, and also out of respect and politeness. That and he doesnt tend to need to so why waste the energy? Its mostly left over from his old God days.
Dimensional; A common trick of his is manipulating dimensional boundaries and summoning dark portals using the energy he controls. It lets him tear open wormholes in the fabric of reality basically. He has a small dimensional pocket that is programmed to follow him. He can fit a nearly infinite amount of objects in it, which he nearly has over the years. The hole that leads to this dimension is invisible from every angle except from his point of view. He can see the dark rip, though it changes its position randomly it is always hovering near him. The only objects currently known to be in this supernatural warehouse are his weapons, riches and strong whiskey’s, Aerudian and others brands. Also if he's heartless (see below) then the heart box is kept in there too. Certain objects he makes, (like his staff and a demon summoning flute that got smashed) seem to have a homing spell that returns them to this small dimension.
Darkness; He is also fond of manipulating a type of 'darkness' into vines or barriers for attacking or shielding. This is done by the stimulating the manipulation of dark matter through the use of antimatter to create dark physical objects. He knows how to use some mystical seals for binding and summoning, mostly demonic stuff from when he hunted demons, though he has summoned the occasional zombie hoard. He's learnt various volumes of spells along the way, and has some knowledge of rituals from the people he used to hang out with, but he's not a big fan of those himself. He may believe in all Gods, but he wont pray or give libations in any form to any of them, probably something to do with his position as an ex-God (Or he fell out with them all...).
Dark crystals; He has a collection of dark crystals from his demon hunting days, the solidified result of a demons soul trapped within itself. They arent as easy to break as they look like they should be. He can summon out the demon inside the crystal, though he doesnt use this trick often. It would take too long to summon the demon out in a die-or-fight-in-a-second situation, and the clean ups usually not worth it.
Demon cat form; If he's really annoyed or emotionally overwrought he changes into a huge demon cat that looks and mostly acts like a highly intelligent wild leopard, or tiger. Although technically it’s a separate entity and doesn’t have much to do with his own mind or personality the demon cat is an intelligent being, but doesn’t think beyond pure emotions and needs. It can be playful and stubborn with its prey, and makes some strange choices, but its all based on feline behaviour patterns, and is nothing like Sheggorath’s easy going personality.
Abilities- It can use his energy control, mental abilities, dimensional warping, and darkness powers, but it doesnt summon demons or use anything as fancy as weapons or seals. It tends to stick to simple attacks and prefers tearing apart its prey with its own claws and teeth. Apart from using the portals and darkness for sneak attacks (often its opening move) it only seems to use the special abilities in defence. Though it seems to be able to ignore pain that would cripple normal people leading to the assumption its has something of a Berserker mentality, yet enough pain piled on will slow it down. This is probably why its exposed body (the part not covered with spinal plates) is covered in purple scars from old fights, the colour is caused by the energy it uses to reshape Sheggos body, (some of it is actually constructed from the dark matter that Sheggo controls). The body shifting is usually only performed after Sheggos been 'absorbed' into one of the portals, presumably for defence while the body is taking form. Once he even reattached an arm using the shifting process, as an observant person may notice on the lower big kitty picture. Beyond that he has no healing skills at all, he takes his natural time to heal up or recover (unless he is heartless, see below). And both the cat and its abilities dont help anyone else, much to his annoyance.
Personality- The relationship between the cat and himself (yes it is a separate entity, think two beings in the same body) is precarious due to their past, (which you can read below) and their conflicting natures. If things get really bad and his mind is still awake in there somewhere he can knock the cat out. However the if the cat takes a liking to someone it will defend them fiercely due to its past occupation, and it will defend Sheggos body out of self preservation. It is able to 'jump' to other peoples bodies if they take the crystal from Sheggo, though its reluctant to leave him now since he's a 'comfy' if inhospitable host. He will be fully human if that happens, and the new host tends to get a little furry... Its usually seen as angry and wild since its only released when Sheggos emotional limits are hit, but if it somehow comes out on its own its fairly calm and reserved, though unpredictable and still with a very violent edge. Its mental voice, which is the only voice it uses to speak, if it needs to, is a compilation of all the people its killed. However it does get a bit nicer and funnier on catnip. Though be warned it also increases its libido since catnip is actually an aphrodisiac to cats. An old girlfriend of Sheggos actually got carried away by the demon cat once on a catnip rush, we're just lucky someone else knocked it out before it could go any further, (or destroy any more tables while it rolled around...).
Appearance- Although some of it is constructed using dark matter most of it is the demon cats body unleashed from the crystal. The process of transformation alters his physical being by diffusing his own body into the darkness and recreating it on a cellular level. Its form seems to be built from the hosts body as there is nothing left of the host after the shifting is complete. And any wounds or anything else that has been inflicted on the cat, (even things like getting wet) will carry over to the host. Luckily for Sheggo the scars are hidden under his thick fur, or they dont carry over when he's more human. The demon cat is a thick set creature, its body structure more similar to a tiger than anything else, though its a bit bigger than a Siberian tiger. However instead of having solid, staunch muscles its muscles are more lithe, like a leopards or smaller cat. This gives it surprising agility for its size, its also surprisingly light. Although it doesnt make a good lap cat it cant crush someone by just lying on them. Thats what its huge saber tooth like jaw is for. It maw has the strength to easily crush bones, its long tusk like fangs can pierce through its preys body with devastating results. Its spine, tail, the nose ridge, the back of the top leg joints, and the edge of its chunky head have rows of tough bony spines that can be used offensively and defensively. The horns on its head are similar in looks an use to rams horns. By tossing the head around it can pierce, block, and batter its foes. There is an added thick spike on top of the curved horns, just to add an extra bit of pain to headbutts. Around its eye, along its nose and spine there are incredibly thick, smooth bony plates which dont seem to slow it down or hinder it as they are separate over-lapping plates. Its thick rich, deep yellow pelt is dense, slightly longer, and much coarser than Sheggo's soft fluff, particularly in the darker mane along its back. It has a speckling effect from the wildcat like fur. There will be more about how the shared features between the demon cat and Sheggorath (things like the eyes) work in his appearance section below.
History- The demon cat was one of the proud, defending warriors of its demonic cat pride somewhere in some obscure red jungle and open wasteland like world. But one day when it was out practising hunting with the younger cubs of the pride it was attacked by a skilled demon hunter who bore an odd resemblance to Sheggoraths human form. This led to some confusion and it thinks Sheggorath was the hunter that ensnared it in its own soul and embedded it in his own body to gain its power. This has lead to millennia of anger and resentment as it has been trapped in a crystal embedded in a relatively weak human body away from its family. Sheggorath wasnt aware of the demon cats crystal inside him until very recently, (he got kidnapped by a demon hunting society who scanned and prodded him) so he thought he was preyed upon and possessed by this angry feline demon. Of course Sheggo and the cat wouldnt talk to each other, so they just blamed each other for the pain they have caused over time. Anyway what happened after the cat was beaten and trapped? No one knows. Somehow the crystal left that hellish jungle dimension and found its way to a field near the young Skerro. Things turn up in the oddest of places... This carries on in Sheggos history.

All shiny and animated, rawr.
An old picture.
The newer picture. Isnt it cute?
Heartless; A new addition to this list of powers is one I didnt make. After he died in the Sanctuary bar rp (on gaia) Saji mentioned below stole his heart, literally, and kept it alive inside herself for a small time before giving it back to him in a small ornate box, much like Davy Jones from Pirates of the Caribbean, (this is what I get when I accept the request for a surprise...). This means technically he's almost an undead while his heart is elsewhere. The demon cats crystallized soul tends to be in the place where his heart should be, why waste good empty space... He cant die through any heart related incidents, and any severe damage to his body is slowly healed by her energy. Though I'm not entirely sure what would happen if someone cleaved his head open or off... I'd rather not find out... He can still feel pain as normally as any other person would, so he's still not particularly eager to encourage danger to himself. (Not sure if this applies to Shero, or if he found a way to reattach the heart, havent decided on it yet...)
Weapons: Staff; He is fairly proficient in most kinds of weapons having tried them all out over his long life span, but his favoured weapon is a fighting staff, for fighting style think of (or research) the Chinese Monkey King. His main weapon is a long sturdy silver staff topped with a large dark purple crystal streaked throughout with thick black veins and tiny red crystals seem to have grown inside it. The staffs about 4”8’ in length including crystal. As with any of his dark crystal objects he made it himself from the dark crystals extracted from demons souls. Its a very simple style like most bo staffs since ornamentation would slow it down, or get it stuck while the most damage with a fighting staff can be done with heavy repetitive blows. Of course the flint like crystal point can come in handy too... And it can be used to channel magic like any other staff.
Dark crystal dagger; This dagger is one he made from the demon soul dark crystals he can make, but its main purpose is to send things between the dimensions so its not that useful in a fight, although it can be used to banish people to other dimensions. Whatever object he intends to send has to be stabbed, or run along the blade. The crystal it is made from if charged can attune things to carry the molecular vibration signature of whatever dimension he’s sending it to, or from. So very subtly using his energies power he agitates the blades ability. By vibrating it using his energy it tunes things to other dimensions and they are instantly teleported to them when it stabs them. The material looks like black well knapped(worked/carved) flint flecked with red and purple, the hilt is thick with a thin finger guard, and the blade is slightly curved a bit like a gutting knife. There is no metal, fabric, or other kind of stones on it.
Gold dagger; This is a gift from an old friend called Konro who shared the spoils of a good treasure hunt. Its very rarely used since its more of a keepsake and he doesnt want to damage it, though its pure golden blade has been used. Its style is a simple, straight, slight chunky dagger with nothing on it.
A note for anyone that thinks he's over powered(including me half the time...): He was originally used in a almost 'wild west' thread in that there was very little control and a few god modders in it. He was sometimes the only person in the thread who could defend the others from god modding attacks when the thread owner wasnt around. And more often than not he'd stay on the defensive and play fair. He will never get into a fight for no reason almost to the point of being a pacifist. And he would usually prefer to think himself out of a situation rather than blast his way out. All of his strengths have a weakness if the opponent is clever enough to figure it out. Besides he is his own worst enemy, his mental flaws can hold him back easily, and he still has to react in time to be able to defend himself. Due to distractions he's actually been pretty badly beaten up in the past...
History: He’s originally from a Scottish village on Orkney called Skara Brea, his birth name was Skerro Kotte. But he accidentally found and summoned a cat demon in a dark crystal. The terrifying beast thought Skerro was the master that had torn it away from its family, and asked what he wanted. Skerro in a panic wished he had enough power to beat the demon. In a twisted way the beast saw this as a way to take revenge, it killed his entire family and village as a sacrifice to bind their two souls together in his body, effectively burdening him with itself, though it probably sought to take over him and make him pay, which it did along the way. The demons soul crystal became deeply embedded in his chest, like a second heart. This fused the demon with him as well as bonding his descendants to a family of cat demons with a powerful blood tie. However the furry 'Sheggorath' appearance didnt happen until a couple thousand years later after the crystals essence began to seep through after too much use of the demon cat. After wandering lost and alone for a while with a sore chest and a emotionally heavy heart he pulled himself together and began to use some skills he inherited from the demon cat, along with apparently having lost the ability to age. He was stuck at the age of about twenty. He worked as a guide and a body guard in treacherous Nordic lands, though once people saw something unusual about him they tended to give him a wide berth and a bad reputation.
After picking up some prized skills he spread across the mainland down towards the Mediterranean he eventually spent some time with the Ancient Gods and various entities, though he wont talk about it. However he can bare a similarity to various drinking gods, such as the Greek and Roman Dionysus and Bacchus, with a combination of their madness and a sense of intellect and mischief similar to Puck or Loki. But of course its all speculation. After all the only thing that is constant with him is unpredictability, and a love of whiskey. However one thing is certain, this is where he got most of his powers from, and an older physical appearance. Always being the youngest God in a pantheon of 'wise' older beings irked him and so his last form was the silver haired man which he got stuck as, though if he reverts back to being fully human then he goes back to his twenty year old self. So it must be something to do with the demon cats possession.
Anyway after Zeus and Odin betrayed him and nothing worked out he set out from the Nordic lands he always though of as home and wandered around the world as the whim took him. It carried him backwards and forwards across Asia, eventually heading back through Europe, then across to the Caribbean before hanging around America for a while. He’s had run ins with Vikings, Chinese monks and pirates, though not together and not in that order. Once he got bored of his world he started exploring, using his dimensional abilities to explore others. He spent some time as a lesser demon hunter himself since he uses their souls often in a crystalline form for various things. Though it was probably the thoughts of the demon cat clawing its way out again that started him on it. His appearance was now rather unusual, stuck in the silver haired mans body the demon cat leaked out adding its fur, ears, tail, claws, and eyes to his body. This very feline yet still human underneath combination was named Sheggorath. At first the combination was volatile, but as time went on he learned to control the cats moods and personality better, but his appearance was stuck. Relatively recently he came across the Assassins Sanctuary bar which is close to being a home for him. He's met a lot of his current family and friends there, and after a year or two ended up owning it. Its on a dimensionally unstable island, which makes it nearly impossible to find by normal methods. This means a lot of the visitors had some sort of gift, or were just unlucky. it was a great place for assassins to hide though.
The Sanctuary was always used as a home base, but he became more curious about other places again and started wandering away. He became more driven in his quest to become more human, growing tired of the fur and constantly having to hide under an illusion in normal places. Hearing about a special stone that would restrain demonic energies he set out to find it. After much arduous searching, dealing, and a little cheating he finally managed to get the smooth ruby like stone. Now it hangs permanently around his neck and allows him to choose how feline he is, though the willpower to stay human still weakens when he gets angry, or something triggers the cat, like fish or catnip. When he's fully human the cats senses are locked away, so he is literally fully human, though he's been part cat for so long some quirks may still stay with him. This new twenty year old self is called Sherogeth, or Shero. If you're rping with Sheggo then ignore this future self.
On a random note his writing style holds the remains of his ancient roots, its straight and angular, based heavily on Germanic runes. However he can write in a copperplate based cursive handwriting if he tries. He can still remember most of the ancient Norse language he grew up with, but rarely uses it.
Relationships: He’s had a few families and relationships, some ended extremely badly so relationships in general scare him, despite his nature being naturally and unintentionally a little flirty. A couple of old families or flames that may turn up are Lunasif and Ruinily. Lunasif is his great, great, great granddaughter whose family now deny his existence, she is also bound to a cat demon though hers is black like a panthers. Although she at first was running from all family members she eventually gained respect for him after spending a while with him and will come to his aid. Ruinily was an unusual old lover that is now a friend who he falls out with and makes up with sporadically. She's a grey haired shapeshifter of Romany Gypsy origin who owns a trinket shop in a town that travels through time and dimensions.
But it was at the Sanctuary bar on July the 1st 2009 that he found his now ex-wife, the otherworldly Empress Sajideh. She is a powerful being in the form of a red headed warrior woman covered in a criss-cross of scars with wild venom-green eyes and living vines intertwined in her hair from a mishap with a nature God. She is sort of a walking corpse (though you cant tell unless you see her change over bodies...) animated and physically changed by her Godstone, which seems to be a precious stone that encases her type of beings souls. She asked Sheggo to give some blood so she could help revive a friend, but instead she accidentally created their son, Sheggan, from one of these godstones. The kittenish Sheggan looks like a younger mini Sheggorath, but has a leaf growing from his head and acts more like Saji. Unfortunately Sheggo had a recent falling out with Saji, this caused her to leave and him to go berserk. He ended up so badly damaged he couldnt stop the old dark God that resides in his adopted Daughter Yuni from killing him brutally. Saji found out and ignoring how they felt came to the rescue, in a way by tearing out his heart, reanimating it, enclosing it in her chest and closing him up with her raw power. So thats a small example of his home life...
Pets: Sheggorath has a pet impish demon called Ikgmeth (Ick-guh-meth) that is completely black, has a round soft body, a pair of small bat wings, a pointed devils tail, and blood red eyes with no pupils. It once saved him from a vicious enemy, so he shared his life energy/soul with the injured demon creating a strong link. It talks in an obscure vaguely Germanic tongue and tends to take things in their opposite meaning. So to it good is bad, bad is good, ect. It also adores beer, and anyone that will give it some. Recently it learnt a couple of little not very powerful seal spells. It tends to be used as more of a messenger than anything else.
Personality: He is essentially always looking for fun, moving on when bored, or hated. There are two main versions of Sheggoraths splintered personality. The light elemental personality, who is pure sadistic and merciless evil, and has a Southern English accent, is currently locked away in his mind unable to escape from the dark mind seals unless put under extremely strong and pure light. Since the seals are made from darkness extremely bright light (pure light attacks for example) can break the seals. The main dark elemental personality that is usually in control retains the original Scottish accent and is still slightly evil but has honour, morals and a much weaker emotional heart. He is generally submissive, easy going, and actually has a low self ego, despite sometimes having a loud, slightly over powering and outgoing nature. He values peace around him above anything else, though the light personality is of course the exact opposite. It simply seeks the easiest way to the complete destruction of everyone around him, mainly mentally, though also emotionally and physically. Both personalities are dangerously playful, generally calm, cheerful or casual, and have a sense of humour, favourably dark. His reaction to shocking situations is often dramatic, as are most of his actions in an almost bi-polar way. At his worst in either personality he’s unrelentingly cruel and creatively twisted, at his best he’s charmingly witty and helpfully cooperative. He’s always a little more than slightly insane, and unpredictable. However he has a wrathful temper that can be easily set off, ordinarily by threatening one of the things he loves as mentioned below. He can and does hold grudges, but usually with a very good reason, he‘s typically a firm believer in forgive and forget.
Picture/appearance: Sheggorath; Causally smart and not afraid of a little flair he is almost always in his custom made outfit, his clothes are generally rich looking in style and colour. On his torso he wears a soft, dark violet, velvet unlabelled coat jacket that has a ruffled texture creating waves. Presumably its custom made. The jacket is relatively thin but has a silky lining inside it along with a few hidden pockets. It has a rounded collar that slopes into thin lapels. He tends to keep it buttoned up most of the way, only a small bit of his shirt and its collar is seen. The shoulders are slightly sculpted giving a shaped edge to his shoulders, and it slopes down his back from the shoulders. There is are two flaps on the short tail of the coat with the cut in the middle providing room for his tail to wave about comfortable whether sitting or standing. He has three of these jackets, one has very tiny neat stitching around the top of the left arm where it was cut off along with the arm once. He has a couple of shirts that he wears under the jacket. The one he usually wears is an obnoxiously cheery sunny yellow with a small unremarkable collar and simple embroidered swirling pattern down the sides. His other shirt which he rarely wears is a dull blue colour without any patterning or detail beyond the buttons and a simple collar. His pants are a formal dark grey or black colour and have cloth bands in the same colours (or sometimes purple) but different to the pant colour sewn around the upper part of the leg and the middle of the calf. It’s presumed these are custom made as well, though the purpose of the strange fashion is yet to be discovered, who knows where he got that style from. His shoes are black leather simple loafer like shoes with a simple circle and swirl design embossed into the leather. They seem to be more comfort and look based than practical like most of his attire. He doesn’t wear any jewellery or accessories at all. Though he also wears a pair of white gloves, and of course there is his famous purple top hat perched between the two black tipped ears it was custom made to fit around. For anyone wondering most of his wardrobe is from a previous era and has sentimental attachment as well as being comfortable and personally enjoyable. That and if anyone complained they can have a word with the demon that lives in the hat.
Now to focus on his eyes they are nearly exactly like tigers or wolfs eyes in colour and composition, a golden orb in a black rift. Unlike the tigers they don’t have an iris at all but are instead completely covered with a rich golden-yellow colour, often referred to as amber since his cornea is like a cats giving it a glassy deep look instead of the relatively flat human eye. The pupil works exactly like a small cats, it becomes a thin slit in bright light, and looks almost human when it becomes round in dark light. This would suggest the demon cat is nocturnal, or hunted in weak light. However unlike a cats they can still see all the colours, though a few are slightly faded but its barely noticeable. Because of the cat eyes his long range vision is better than his close up vision, but again its not a hindrance. Though he will often read books in held away relaxed manner because of this. The structure of the feline eyes allow him to see better in the dark than normal people. It’s a slight effect, it gives very dim light a sort of a twilight effect. He still cant see in total darkness. The corners or lacrimal caruncles are black. Like any other feline he actually has a third eyelid, a nictitating membrane, which is also black. Though he never would and never has shown off his third eyelid, if he did slide the translucent membrane out from the corners of his eyes near the nose it would have a similar effect to sunglasses blacking out his entire eye. Though because it would cover his eyes in a dark film therefore looking very strange, this is probably the reason why he has never let on the fact he has a third eyelid.
His small nose is that of a cats, its usually but not always cold and damp. Its completely black and on the end of the slightly concave curved bridge of his nose. His mouth’s structure however is amazingly more human that cat. The philtrum (upper lip under the nose) isn’t clefted into the nose like a cats, but is smooth and flat giving him a straight human mouth. His teeth however are a strange mixture of cat and human teeth. He doesn’t have two large incisors but instead has a few small ones like a cats, but slightly larger. Although there is reference to his sharp teeth most of them remain similar to a humans. The main noticeable difference are his canines and the surrounding teeth. His canines are slightly longer than normal, the tooth in front of it and the two teeth behind it are also sharp and pointed, though they become shorter and blunter as they near the human molars. The teeth on the lower jaw are complementary sharp as well.
The fur that covers all of Sheggos body is thick but fine, and very short. In general on his body its just over five millimetres in length, its shorter on his face and longer on his tail. It also lies back along the skin, so it can be fluffed up or be rubbed the wrong way to appear longer. The skin underneath the fur is a normal human colour, so if the fur is parted or shaved it reveals a pale flesh colour. If he blushes his face turns a strange rosey-orange shade since the skin pigment is covered by the tawny fur. Colour-wise the fur that covers his body ranges from a light yellow to a deep honey colour depending on light, in the sunlight the bronze fur pales to a almost rich golden colour as the light reflects off the fur. His hair is a grey-silver colour, fine, thin, feathery and kept neat and short, and although the facial hair (not fur) is the same colour the moustache is actually the feline whiskers somehow smoothed together if anyone managed to get close enough to have a look. They will spread out like a fan amusingly if he is shocked with electricity, or anything similar. He has faded tiger like markings similar to the demon cat, but they are harder to see as they are faint brown stripes along his back spreading all the way down his legs and tail. His long tail is tipped with black as are his feline ears, though there is a ring of white below the black tip on the tail followed by two separate rings of black like a Scottish wild cats. It reaches past his legs by about half a foot, so it is usually curled in a loose swirl behind him.
There is also pale beige, almost a faded patch of fur on his chest leading down onto his stomach. All markings are absent on his head. But in demon cat form a few new patterns appear, and the markings he does have become a very distinct, either a dark, almost black, burnt umber or bleached white. However there is still a change in fur colour on his face, around the mouth and slightly feline muzzle the fur is a soft white that fades into a beige that spreads out into a dark golden colour as it reaches his lightly grey hair. The fading isnt perfect as there is a scattering of colour, a speckling like a wildcats face, but with a flatter golden colour. This gives a rough feral edge to the bronze and ochre colours on his face. The colours of fur on the rest of his body flow into each other better, presumably this is because the fur there is longer. His body structure is on the verge of lean, though well built, and slightly muscular. When his body is exposed purple scars are seen to criss-cross through the fur, these are wounds he’s collected over the years. They vary greatly in size shape and depth. He tends to keep his entire body hidden under some sort of clothing, probably because he doesnt like the sight of what the cat did to it, though he will joke about it. The human body is still mostly there under the fur, meaning he can and does happily eat human food and not raw meat. Like a cat you wont see him sweating however hot it is since he only has sweat glands on the palms of his hands and the soles of his feet. This seems to prove that his skin is mostly feline.
If he leaves for the mainland, or is somewhere where he feels particularly uncomfortable as his cat like self he uses an illusion of the way he looks when human. This doesn’t change the way he sees or senses things though, and he still has an invisible tail that he has to keep close by.
Sherogeth; If he does revert back to being human, (either by losing the cat demon, by using an illusion, or its in the future where has the red demon binding crystal and he's known as Shero) his is relatively normal looking and seems to have been generally unaffected by his long life, so it remains unscarred or aged beyond the twenties. The body structure is the same, though obviously without the fur, a thin, lightly toned body like a martial artist, or someone that had to do light physical labour most of their life. His skin is pale but not vampire or unhealthy looking. His eyes are a light blue-grey colour, like a stormy grey sea as a sun beam breaks through the clouds and strikes it. His smooth, thick, softly curling mane of inky black hair is longer and looser than Sheggoraths. His face structure is slightly broad with high cheekbones, his Germanic and Scottish heritage is obvious in it.
His sharp yet old fashioned sense of style doesnt change much, though he tends to wear a smart looking black more than the flamboyant yellows and purples. Still he's wreathed in gold lining and dark purple where he can be. And the hat although changed to 'fit in more' is still his favourite top hat style. The ruffled violet jacket has given way to a neat respectable black suit like coat, though the pants will be simple black cloth. Underneath the coat he tends to wear a waistcoat type garment over a black shirt, the smart waistcoat is possibly taking place of the beloved purple jackets it tends to have a little purple in them. However the purple has completely left the hat leaving it black, and the now normal brim is no longer shaped to fit around cat ears. Also without the dense fur he tends to wear a striped scarf when its gets colder. Despite still having some unusual flair the attire of his human form is more centred around trying to fit into normality since that task is a lot easier while he's human. However he still favours keeping some of the cat senses, the ears, and the tail if he can, and maybe a slightly feline curve to his lips when he smiles.
Other info: Height: About 5’9” not including his hat, ears or tail. He's about the average height for the time he came from.
Motivation: Generally boredom, curiosity, accidental, (trouble loves him) family or friends.
Favourite phrase: ‘What the hellhocks?’
Note worthy accomplishment(s): If I can get them all down I may put them here….
Dream/aspirations: To enjoy a good whisky with his friends and family, or at least to enjoy life without trouble.
Flaw(s): He gets annoyed at being called certain things, like kitty, or old. He often cant see peoples deeper emotions towards him. He cant see, hear, interact, or do anything to do with ghosts in normal circumstances. He blocked that sense off on purpose so he didnt have to deal with past lovers or people he's killed. As I said he's his own worst enemy in a lot of situations. He has a quick temper that can be set off easily, especially if something he loves is threatened. He cant go in extremely strong light otherwise the dual personality he keeps at bay with light seals will be freed, its cruel, destructive, English, and merciless. The cats eyes are slightly far sighted, especially in low light, his human eyes are fine though. Each one of his abilities has flaws, such as breaking concentration, the energy not working on mechanical minds, or anything that dampens energy in general will stop most of his abilities working. Though theres little that can stop the demon cats jaws...
Strengths: His intelligence, his wit, his experience, his single minded determination or maybe his luck. He will never get into a fight for no reason and values not being in pain.
Fears/dislikes: His greatest fear would be the death of his loved ones. Though he also hates water due to the psychological trauma of losing a great love of his life in a tragic sinking accident on a galleon ship around the Caribbean. The feel or sound of water gives him flash backs to being underneath the sea, struggling to survive and swim to the surface while looking back at the huge ship falling to the dark depths with his love. He also dislikes dog like creatures because the cat demon‘s strong dislike leaks into his mind. He can over come these aversions with a lot of encouragement, but it wont go away. Suicide disgusts him altogether, he finds it pointless and boring.
Antagonists/enemies: Beyond anything that threatens him or the people he likes there is a particular sect of demon hunter are after him, it hunts down animalistic demons that can possess a host, like his demon cat. They seal the body so the demon form is permanent, then add some symbols to the seal to control the beast they have created, like a giant controllable demonic pet. They tend to be guardian or holy orientated beings since they think they are ridding the world of demons. They once captured him and tortured/experimented/examined him for a short while before he escaped. They also did the same to his granddaughter Lunasif, but she had to be rescued. Of course he also many enemies he's made over the years, and due to all the mischief he's gotten up to he's a wanted man in certain circles... By the time he makes it to being Shero he just wants to live a relatively peaceful, normal life so he rarely uses his power in case he's detected.
Allies: His large family that he married into, his actual family if they pop up, various friends from all over the place, most patrons of the Sanctuary bar, and various demons he can control with the dark crystals.
