I had these from years ago and suddenly remembered I had them. They're rubber-plastic Street Fighter figurines from a crane game that was in my local mall. They were inside those plastic "bubbles", like the kind you'd find in machines at the front of a grocery store or K-Mart or something.
They're very crudely painted, obviously unlicensed, made in China (you know, where copyright laws from Japan and America do not apply for some damn reason). Each character is a flesh tone with black dot eyes and only the predominant color painted on (lesser seen colors aren't painted on). Ryu only has a white gi top, ken has a red gi top, Guile has a green tank top, etc. They weren't labeled as Street Fighter characters, so I guess they were able to slip under Capcom's radar.

Unfortunately, they only had the original 8 playables. No Balrog, Vega, Sagat, M. Bison, Cammy, Fei Long, T. Hawk or Dee Jay.
