Acting Class Seriously Rocks |

Acting class was a real blast today, but I'll need to tell you about my last class for this one to make sense.
For homework last class, we were assigned partners for a two-person script. I was assigned a female partner, the most obnoxious girl in the class who constantly wreaks of cigarettes, and we decided to go with a script where I give her a jewel necklace as a gift. We would act the script out next class, which was today.
Alright, so I'm ready for the script and my co-actor doesn't show up. Oh, bloody 'ell. My professor decided that I could rehearse my script with another girl from class, and guess who he picked?
Yesiree! The cutest girl in class! I got paired with the cutest girl in class again! Yee-frickin'-haw! The class is granted five minutes to rehearse their parts, and so I immediately strut up to my new co-actor.
Now, I need to give you some background info on her. This poor girl grew up in a bad neighborhood as a child, was abused by men, and judging by her looks, probably gets hit on <i>all the time</i>. She has a very poor self-image when in fact she is easily a ten and she is utterly disgusted by men an their possible intentions.
I didn't want to make this young woman feel any more uncomfortable than I had to, especially with the script I had chosen. Luckily, she seemed kind of comfortable around me, with other exercises she usually says something like "if any of you guys touch me anywhere, I'll beat the Sh!# out of you," but she seemed fine around me, which was flattering.
It gets better. For my part, I'm supposed to hand her a necklace and then tell her I really appreciate her. I decided to play the part as a socially awkward teenager who has a huge crush on this girl. I told her this and she smiled saying "that's a great idea!" She decided to play her part as the crush who suspects nothing. She really seemed to open up around me, didn't threaten me with bodily harm like the other guys or anything, it was really quite flattering.
Now the good stuff. She suggested that, after she says "Oh my! What a beautiful necklace, thank you!" that... she... hug... me... The girl that would sooner chew a guys head off than speak to him affoered to hug me for the script!!! Sadly, before I could give a "Hell yes" to the hug, we had to go onstage.
The act when superbly. We both stayed in character and everything. I didn't get that hug (dammit!), but the following line was mine, and I took action. Where I had to say "Well, I just wanted tell you that you are really special to me" I decided to move my hand to take hers as awkwardly as possibly (it wasn't too terribly difficult to stay in character at this point), and... <i>she reached to take mine.</i>
Thankfully, when I blushed it fit character and no one noticed the sincerity of my emotions. It's not that I like being touched by girls. It was just very flattering that this young woman was so open to me when she would literally eviscerate any other guy.
Phew, long read! Thanks for reading the whole thing! Jeez, you need a medal:
