Last weekend was, what some people tend to call it, epic. Having my mother & step dad being in Los Angeles, and my sister at her apartment, the house was as empty as could be. Therefore, I summoned 7 of my friends to my house for the weekend and had an amazing time. We played games. Plenty of games. LOTS of games. We gamed until our stomaches ached from both hunger and laughter. We, simply, played games through the whole weekend.
Braid, and XBOX360 arcade game, was the first game we played through. I had my doubts about that game to begin with, but as my friends convinced me to download it, I couldn't help but to follow their advice. I'm glad I did, though. Braid was one superb game, ways over my expectations. You play as Tom, your every-day businessman, as he makes the way through an amazing platform-adventure, jumping on all the enemies in his way. ('cept for the thorny ones) But, what's this? Tom died? Quickly, press the X button to rewind the time, and try it once more. Braid is, simply put, a game that plays with both time and your mind. And since we were 8 masterminds playing this neat puzzle-game, everyone came up with new ideas all of the time. If you haven't tried Braid yet, I recommend you should. The ending gives you this pleasant feeling deep down in your bones one seldom get from other games nowadays. Try it, I tell you! @ w@ heart
After we finished Braid, we got ourselves the game Castle Crashers (which is a multiplayer beat 'em up game) and laughed our eyes out. The guys that made this game are genius'. The design is extraordinary! It looks as if the whole game were made in Flash. It also contains a lot of shitty and lame humor, which pretty much knows how to make a dozen of 18 year olds burst out laughing, 3 hours past midnight. Being tired while playing a game is always fun, fun, fun~ @ w@ Makes you laugh at everything. We kept playing Castle Crashers until 07:30 AM in the morning... xd
Any way around, that weekend was priceless, and I wish we could all do it over once again sometime. o Wo
IN OTHER NEWS, I've been obsessed Photoshoping stuff that resembles of the game Mirrors Edge lately. (such as buildings, corridors, e.t.c) Here's a sample that I created not to long ago. Enjoy~

Until next time, my loyal teabags. <3 @ B@
