Visit one- another multiple times, graduate from a vocational school or university, make moving/ living arrangements well in advance, both of you should have successful jobs, and save your money like a son of a b*. Only then should you consider marriage.

But, it depends on how strong my feelings for her are, and if the feelings are returned. Right now, I live in Pennsylvania, and I currently have a girl that I love dearly that lives in Alberta, Canada. If I get the time, and money, I would really like to go spend some time with her. But, that won't happen for a while still...
