Glitter, but both are as hard as hell to get out of your eyes.
I once had glitter stuck in my eye and I couldn't remove it for anything and I had to wind up going to an optometrist to get it out. I once had sand thrown in my eye too.... it was more painful than glitter, but at least it washed out with water.

Gut punch. I rather someone feel the stinging pain first, rather than being quickly knocked out, because who knows if that person has the stamina to get back up and continue the fight.
