Atsuko stood at the southern wing of the stadium, crimson eyes scanning over the busy work of the event. He had been pleasantly surprised that he was allowed to attend, having clearly stated he was NOT a village shinobi but had every intention to keep the event safe from the UHV. Besides just that he also wanted to take the chance to meet some of the village nin. Atsuko's free time was.....scattered to say the least, so he wouldn't pass up on this opportunity.
Ninja Passives • Noble - While his sharingan is active Atsuko is able to identify when a genjutsu is being cast if the jutsu is being cast within his sight-line. It does not allow him to know what is being cast and he must still pay the appropriate cost to avoid or break out of the genjutsu.
• Mangekyou Sharingan - Active / Hypnotism: Can view chakra brightly and see their shapes distinctly from other ninjutsu. Can see the type of chakra being used, be it elemental, bloodline, clan, or Maruton, and also reports the strength of the jutsu prior to it actually being launched. Genjutsu defense remains the same as before. Does not stack with other defense boosts. • Amateratsu’s Cloak: Katon techniques produced by the Uchiha, not just bloodline ones but all, are turned black. These flames burn hotter, longer, and oddly brighter than others. Confers a reduction to seals needed for fire techniques to 1 instead of what should usually be necessary, and converting normal katon into Uchiha fire, effectively converting them into bloodline techniques at an additional 5 chakra per rank of the technique. • Lost Robes - Able to seal abilities within the robes, Stored Below Large Tomoe // Kamui Small Tomoe // Small Tomoe // • Foresight - Can negate fuin used on the wearer by paying double the equivalent cost up to S rank. This ability will trigger automatically (still taking up a activation) if the proper amount of chakra is still had by the user of the robes. Automatically OR manually both take up activation.
• Blade of Peace - Gives twice the normal regeneration for out of combat and twice the regeneration when in combat as long as the user is not using any activation's. Can also be extended to allies within a radius of 50 feet.
• Undertow - Any physical attack that follows a dodge is treated as a counterattack and will break the opponent’s stance if not properly defended against. Only breaks stances up to the user’s maximum trained rank in the Hard or Soft Physical Formless Styles. • Embrace the Brine - The student can add both Fortitude and Reflex descriptive increases to the rank of their stance when determining whether they would be knocked out of it by an attack. • Every Inch of Sail - When defending against unarmed strikes, the student’s defensive strikes can slowly overwhelm an opponent’s passive defenses, reducing their passive Fortitude bonuses by an amount equal to the student’s passive Reflex bonuses the post after they attacked the student.

Zets would have preferred to enter the even unnoticed, however security was rather tight to say the least. Donning the wooden turtle mask left to him by his predecessor, he would slither his way through the crowd nearly untouched until he was at the the highest point, just beneath the observation deck. He didn’t want to trap himself in a small room with few exits.
“this spot is perfect” He would mutter to himself as he began to assess the UHV’s positioning throughout the stadium, Looking for any abnormalities in their movements. The exams held little interest in his eyes.
Luna made her way to the stadium with her arm linked through Badru's smiling on the outside, but feeling like a caged beast on the inside. The UHV had anhand in this event, and while they seemed "good" on the outside she was all to aware of the atrocities they had committed. She couldn't trust the UHV as far as she could throw them, and with her training that was pretty damn far. Badru leaned down and spoke in a low growl into Luna's ear, This was most definitely not a good idea. James is going to be pissed at you. Luna patted Badru on the arm, Just don't draw attention my dear friend. We are here to observe. Nothing more.

Atsuko's mangekyou were active and ready as he watched the arena, not bothering to hide it. There were shinobi here for security so showing those off wouldn't be surprising, and it allowed him to get a good stake in the chakra that was around the place.
A new couple appeared on the scene and it was one that he didn't quite recognize. They had no village insignia yet boasted a massive chakra pool, easily outclassing Atsuko which well it wasn't impossible there weren't to many people who had something like that and weren't village related. To add to this he could tell that there was some kind of disguise technique that the pair were using. He wasn't about to call them out on it though, there was probably a reason for it. Perhaps it was best to set the mood.
Once the pair were in the viewing area with Atsuko he'd give a friendly wave before approaching the pair. Atsuko himself was dressed in mostly black under clothing, standard ninja shoes, and a white cloak draped over his shoulder. On the coat was the insignia of the Shishin, four directional arrows facing away from each other like a compass. He also had a katana on his hip.
"Hello there. My name is Atsuko Uchiha, leader of the Shishin. I have no village affiliation but my group is here to help lend extra security"
Depending on who this person actually was the name Shishin might mean different things. For those who were actually rogues and kept an ear on the streets they were a group who were active in the neutral cities and fought against the UHV pretty frequently. To villages they likely would only know scarce details as only Konoha and Kumogakure ever had actual contact. The others it would come down to whether or not the kages paid close attention to the going on's of the neutral villages. The Shishin after all didn't hide who they were and who their enemies were.

Badru growled in annoyance then put his hands on Luna's shoulders as a male approached. It made it easier for him to grab her and move her out of the way should things go south. An Uchiha outside of Konoha that's new and different. Luna looked back at Badru with her eyes narrowed, You of all people should know about being outside the typical. She then looked back at Atsuko and held out her hand, Luna, and my rude friend here is Badru. Badru grumbled and Luna let something drop as she looked up at Atsuko. If he was paying attention he would see the grey color drop from her eyes and they would turn a blue green for just a second before they turned back to their original color. Badru gave a low growl making sure no one was watching and used his larger frame to shield his female friend from any prying eyes. I've never heard of the Shishin, but our community tends to stay away from others. Most think we're barbarians anyway. Luna smiled at Atsuko, It's nice to meet you. We're not here to cause any trouble I promise. He's just grumpy. Badru rolled his eyes at Luna's comment. I like meeting new people, but you know how I am about a certain group of people that like to make things a living hell.

Atsuko shrugged his shoulder to the uchiha statement and the rudeness. He barely found that as rude, especially considering where he frequented, but the males voice was definitely interesting. When he saw the womans eyes change color his hunch was pretty much cleared up to a point. Either someone knew a particular important persons appearance and had the strength to match it or it was a coincidence.
"Barbarians? I bet some of those people haven't even made a point to meet you yet then" he followed up with. Being a rogue and all that kind of a statement also hit pretty close to home for him.
Mentally he was mulling over whether or not he felt confident enough in his hunch to make a bit of a gamble. If his hunch was wrong then he didn't know what kind of game was being played here, and there was also a decent chance that even if he was wrong what he could pass on to these two would help regardless of their actual background. "I understand that. To be blunt the reason my group is here is to make sure the UHV don't interfere or try anything without getting a good smack in response. We haven't hid our own identities so there isn't much of a point in me trying to say we are here for any other reason. With that in mind I did have a secondary reason for coming to. I was hoping to meet with village shinobi and others who I haven't had a chance to meet without a village, it seemed like a good opportunity to pass along information that I don't want to have kept locked behind walls anymore"
With that being said Atsuko reached under his cloak and retrieved an document envelope before offering it to the pair. It wasn't sealed shut and it had but a few sheets of paper in it. What was inside was a full transcription of the uchiha tablet up to what the mangekyou eyes could see. This included some of the uchiha's history as well as how to acquire up to eternal mangekyou. There was also a bit of reasoning as to why this document was produced at the beginning, with the simple goal being stated that Atsuko did not wish for the uchiha tablet's secrets to be help by only one village for fear of that knowledge being monopolized.

Badru looked at Atsuko raising an eyebrow, No strings attached? Most want something from us. Luna sighed and placed a hand on Badru's It's nice that you would do that for the people here. The UHV has done enough damage to everyone. Luna smiled at his comment about no one meeting them. It's hard to get to our community, but we tend to not turn anyone away when they are in need. She said with a small smile hoping that Atsuko and his crew would stay safe. Badru gently took the envelope and his eyes went wide before he gave it to Luna. Are you sure about this? He asked Atsuko as Luna looked at what was on the papers. Luna put the papers back in the envelope and looked at Atsuko, Badru's right, are you certain of this? We'd rather not cause any issues for you.

His expression softened at those words, a warm smile on his lips. "We have nearly lost our lives before we had the chance to share the information. I will rest easier knowing that it has been passed along to at least one other set of hands. If I can manage I will ensure that the information is spread to major and minor villages alike within reason. When I am able to learn more I'll likely have to add to it as well. All I ask is that people do not abuse what they learn"
He knew that he ultimately could not control that last part. People changed their minds, or could be persuaded into thinking in a malicious way. Kages rotated out of power, just like a warlord might occasionally, so it was never going to be in the hands of just one person unless they worked to make it so. But ensuring that it was in many hands besides just the one meant that if the information was abused it wouldn't be completely controlled by just one set of hands. It would need multiple failing points in order for that to happen.
"I do hope though we'd get a chance to meet again outside of the exams. My time is usually limited but I do plan to travel sometime soon, through Takumi and the other villages.
Speaking of exams I am quite excited to be able to watch actually. I've never seen any of the villages military drills before or how they do their official exams like this".
The last part was added with almost a child like tone of awe. Atsuko wasn't very old all things considered and had spent basically his whole life away from villages.

The sound of a plethora of petal pieces rung out with every step that Moana took. Her face was calm and collected as she looked around, surveying everything she could see. To one side, two males and a female were talking, to the other was the view of the stadium before her. With careful steps she moved over to the railing and looked at the grounds below; many ninja would fight here today but she wouldn't be one of them. The grieving of her late mentor had left her behind most of the shinobi in the village, and she was struggling as it was to keep up with those who were younger than her. The annoyance was palpable in the air around her, she hated being behind.
Moana let out a soft sigh and leaned against the railing, shifting all her weight on to one foot and crossing the other behind it. A grumble slipped out from between her lips, her eyebrows set in a way that made it clear just how bothered she was.
If Sonyo were here in her shoes, would she be down there, fighting? Did she excel in these kinds of things? The way the kunoichi had fought trying to protect her, she'd like to believe that her mentor had always been amazing. She wanted to believe she had always been quick on her feet, always had an arsenal ready, always knew what to do... Sonyo had told her of all of her mistakes but she wanted to believe there was more to her than the woman had let on.
The breeze took her hair, causing another round of bell-like clattering from the metal that adorned it in several places. She began humming softly along with it to pass the time before the exams began, the song sounded exotic and different than what most in Suna would know. It was an old song her caravan would sing around the campfire, sometimes quite inebriated.
Alcohol sounded nice. Would it calm her nerves? Probably not. Her foot not baring her weight bounced lightly along with the melody, her toe tapping the ground softly every once in a while.
Badru nodded to Atsuko as Luna put the envelope into her robes I wouldn't mind a visit from you to our community. Though it isn't much to look at to outsiders. He said before smelling something familiar. He turned and gave a light tap on Luna's shoulder signaling something only she would know. Luna gave a slight nod as Badru headed off and smiled at Atsuko If a village is smart they won't show any of their military drills here. With the UHV here you never know what they're planning.She said with a click of her teeth, before schooling her anger. It is nice to travel, though I can say I haven't been able to travel much recently. What are you looking forward to seeing when you travel? A stocky teenage lass clad in cheap-looking clothes and a very new-looking flak jacket strutted through the area like she lived there. Heck, she was even barefoot, seemingly without a care in the world. Brown hair, brown eyes, a ton of freckles, and a gleam in her eye that said she was going to dominate the exams.

It was hard to keep focus on the UHV when there were so many dangerous and colorful characters scattered about the area. The newest and loudest addition to the crowed surly hadn’t helped the situation in the least. The young woman was a bit rough around the edges, but her confidence was commendable. She may have talked a big game, but Zets knew that she was just another young warrior trying to leave her mark on the world.
“i can’t let these UHV trash ruin this exam. They have to be up to something” Zets muttered underneath his mask. Rarely did he ever voice his thoughts aloud, but Zets was a tad unhinged as of late. Once the young girl sauntered off, Zets would swiftly move through the crowd while he continued his vigilant observations of the UHV troops and their movements, looking for any slight change in their behavior.
Ah that was an obvious statement. Atsuko wasn't an extremely guarded individual, he valued trust and usually gave it in return, so the dynamic of keeping military secrets was lost to someone like him. If the villages truly were at some kind of peace with one another he saw no reason to hide such things, unless perhaps this peace was only for the moment.
Her question gave way to a lot of possible answers from him but he tried to give the most direct one.
"I want to visit the major villages again. I know Konoha and Suna are doing alright all things considered but any aid that I could lend to those who are not I want to try to give. Beyond helping it also will give me a chance to get to know the ruling powers a bit more. Even if I am strong being a rogue means I should keep in mind who's borders I work in or outside of to say the least" he said before giving a pause of thought.
"....I also would like to try to track and talk to some of the tailed beasts. It has been sometime as far as I know of any sighting and it gives me some worry. I doubt they are easy to tame but if the UHV were to have a way to force them into control I don't doubt it would be on their priority list. Such creatures shouldn't be put into such subjugation"
Ninja Passives • Noble - While his sharingan is active Atsuko is able to identify when a genjutsu is being cast if the jutsu is being cast within his sight-line. It does not allow him to know what is being cast and he must still pay the appropriate cost to avoid or break out of the genjutsu.
• Mangekyou Sharingan - Active / Piercing: Can view chakra brightly and see their shapes distinctly from other ninjutsu. Can see the type of chakra being used, be it elemental, bloodline, clan, or Maruton, and also reports the strength of the jutsu prior to it actually being launched. Genjutsu defense remains the same as before. Does not stack with other defense boosts. • Amateratsu’s Cloak: Katon techniques produced by the Uchiha, not just bloodline ones but all, are turned black. These flames burn hotter, longer, and oddly brighter than others. Confers a reduction to seals needed for fire techniques to 1 instead of what should usually be necessary, and converting normal katon into Uchiha fire, effectively converting them into bloodline techniques at an additional 5 chakra per rank of the technique. Confers any bonuses to katon to bloodline techniques that involve fire as well for the same cost increase. • Illusory Prowess - This attribute allows any and all genjutsu to be cast through eye contact with the Uchiha and adds a single secondary sense to any genjutsu cast by the Uchiha, at their discretion. • Targeted Immunization (Fear) - Immune to the fear hazard. Uchiha see a lot of terrible stuff right?
• Lost Robes - Able to seal abilities within the robes, Stored Below Large Tomoe // Kamui Small Tomoe // Small Tomoe // • Foresight - Can negate fuin used on the wearer by paying double the equivalent cost up to S rank. This ability will trigger automatically (still taking up a activation) if the proper amount of chakra is still had by the user of the robes. Automatically OR manually both take up activation.
• Blade of Peace - Gives twice the normal regeneration for out of combat and twice the regeneration when in combat as long as the user is not using any activation's. Can also be extended to allies within a radius of 50 feet.
• Undertow - Any physical attack that follows a dodge is treated as a counterattack and will break the opponent’s stance if not properly defended against. Only breaks stances up to the user’s maximum trained rank in the Hard or Soft Physical Formless Styles. • Embrace the Brine - The student can add both Fortitude and Reflex descriptive increases to the rank of their stance when determining whether they would be knocked out of it by an attack. • Every Inch of Sail - When defending against unarmed strikes, the student’s defensive strikes can slowly overwhelm an opponent’s passive defenses, reducing their passive Fortitude bonuses by an amount equal to the student’s passive Reflex bonuses the post after they attacked the student.
• Insight Rain - The user will practice extending themselves into the atmosphere, in a sense. After much dedication, the user develops the ability to sense hostile intent in the immediate area. As to where, however, they cannot be sure.
Luna nodded and listened to Atsuko. She thoroughly enjoyed how excited he had been before talking about the villages and how genuine he was. Looks can be deceiving when it comes to the way some villages are doing, but I think it would be nice to travel. She paused at the tailed beast comment I know of two of them that are a pain in the a**. She said so low that if Atusko hadn't been close to her he would have never heard her.
