I can't stand the taste of beer...

and it has a nasty after-taste for me... I prefer whiskey, at least... I like Fireball. I haven't had regular whiskey yet, but I've had whiskey doughnut holes. Those weren't bad! ^w^; Fireball makes apple juice taste kind of like cider. It's good for fighting a cough and warms you right up too!

Today I bought three 12-packs of Mountain Dew (Walking Dead is glorified all over them), 10 Seagram's Escapes, and a bottle of Larceny Whiskey.

Try some Makers Mark bourbon, or if you have a bit of $$$, Woodford Reserve. I get bourbon when I can because it's better than whiskey. Otherwise, IPAs and craft beers for me.

I like wine (prefer sweet whites).

I also like spirits as long as I can add them to something. But I don't like drinking straight shots.

Yes, it is technically a beer because of how they create the alcohol content, usually using yeast.

I figured as much! But now I know.

I like the Not Your Father's/ Not Your Mother's brand. They do a root beer and also an apple pie and strawberry rhubarb.. Both are quite tasty

I prefer sweet drinks. Daniel likes to drink straight up scotch or whiskey.

Everyone reacts different to alcohol. I love beer, but hubby can't drink it. On the other hand he loves wine and wine tastes rotten to me.

For coughs I do believe in the hot toddy: Honey + whiskey + lemon juice + hot water.

That sounds annoying. But it does seem to be the case.

I like sweet wines, alcoholic root beer, and spirits as long as I can mix them with something.

I'll drink beer if it's offered to me and that's all there is. But I don't go out of my way to get it.
