13th Gaiaversary

I just realized my 13th Gaiaversary was about a week ago.

I joined with my zentlair account October 17th of 2004.

i had my older account start back then, chessiejo

she was my attempt to develop a kinder, gentler persona

but then i gave up and became the real me twisted

I had the opposite effect. My original account, zentlair, had this gothy cynical thing going on... Then when I started the guild I made Zphal my main because she had a much more bubbly fun vibe that I felt would promote the guild more successfully.

Then after I came out trans it turns out she was more like me all along. I’m really an enthusiastic dude, but being forced to “be” a chick made me miserable and pessimistic about life in general.

In the beginning, my avi started off as being a cutesy catgirl ((always had to wear the Deluxe Cat Ears back then, no matter what outfit she was wearing)). Then eventually the "cutesy" atmosphere dropped and she became more fantastical and more grown up. Color scheme went from bright pinks, purples, and whites to more darker, crisper tones.

But I love how coordinated your outfits always are nowadays. smile

Many of us just don't have the time we once had back when we were in high school or college.


I, in my foolishness, work at a school in a really awkward schedule which has affected my schedule to have less free time, but more time online. My other games, interests, and the like have reduced my time for gaia. Though I still check in here on a daily basis. I just don't have a lot to say at the moment. That may change when I move.
