If this is about a IN-GAME ROLE PLAYING rule that has been broken (such as a law of Ravenheart or Azure City), please see the Main RP Handbook. If this is about a TOS (or Gaia Rule) violation, simply submit it to the captain via PM. The Captain will determine if this does, in fact, violate TOS and either submit it to Gaia (in severe cases) or ban the member.
