[･･･] The clone that had appeared before you shudders, recoils in on itself, and another small wave of ooze spreads out from its feet. Its lips part. "I'm not... real? I should - I should die." It agrees, and finally its arms move. They reach for the stomach, pushing against the cloth of its robe and sinking it deeper as the fingers curl and clench up and around the bone of ribs - and yanked with a sickening crack of slime-covered cartilidge. Its legs give out, and it lands on its knee with a squelch and swish of slime-covered innards.

While a bit hesitant to insult the Mizukage like Kaneko had done, Akoto would still watch as the weird Inka thing began to literally pull out its innards. The child hugged Kaneko tighter while whining loudly. She buried her face back in her friend's clothing and shook. It truly was a pretty grim sight, even if it was just a pod of sorts and not the real Mizukage. "St-STop! Just stop! M-Make him stop..." The genin cried.

Kaneko was shocked, now only one fake Inka was still up, and she was completely done with this creepy stuff. She held her arm out, still keeping her spear grasped in the other as she didn't wish her Bun bun to see such a sight."Akoto, I think we have a chance to leave, either get on my back and I'll carry you if you can hold my spear, otherwise I don't think this Inka will react to me; only you."It was obvious how this one ignored her, so each fake Inka must be attuned to a target and unless her bun bun could be mean, which is doubtful, she needed to escape with Kaneko. By how her legs shook and she wished to cling to Kaneko, it was obvious she might not be able to move as fast in this situation.
Taylor mind was bordering the realm of psychosis. Her plan was pretty damn risky. But it was well in the realm of possibilities. First her hive came out behind her as she walked. Producing disposable drones rapidly to fulfill their purpose. They shifted into a detailed copy of her with an orb like object in the false hers hand. The details filled out as the real Taylor melted into the shadows and scaled a nearby building without chakra, just like a spider would.
Her real form melted carefully with the building as she began producing a giant slingshot on the top of the roof. This would get her beyond the gate and put of dodge. Likely a little conspicuous but she just needed to get out and away of the certain guards. Most would just chalk it up to shenanigans. Besides, the golden spider silk reinforcements would be obscured by the usual mottled grey silk which overlayed it. She locked the thing back and set herself in the mechanism waiting for the proper moment. For those around her, the design would simply be an elaborate chair. No chakra infused but plenty of power in it. She was more worried about the landing than it working incorrectly but she had a plan for that when it came too.
Her clone. The sun had set to just after dark a little while ago. Plenty of thrown shadows on the area. However she was plainly visible as she slowly ambled up the street. Staggered almost, her knife held low in her off hand and what appeared to be a mutilated disembodied head in her main hand. The only picture perfect person she could think of. Her crush, though completely artificially induced wss the only persons face she could completely reproduce to one hundred percent authenticity. And the clone head her head, hanging from her hair, tightly gripped in her hand. It was Kagerou. She reproduced blood drips from the heads throat by having clumps of bugs fall to the ground. They latched on as she staggered past the bugs, climbed up her back and repeated the process, recycling. When she got close enough to be heard and seen by the guardian she started crying to herself in a horse voice. "Couldn't stop. Stupid....why....couldnt stop. So stupid. Everything fading. " she muttered, pushing her voice to crazed stalker tones. "Why...why.....why....why...the young eyes. Lifeless and dark...stupid" the clone uttered, bugs dripping from her knife in the same way, mimicking blood in the shadows of the dark. The light would catch the skull and show the patches of mutilation on the false head. The bugs swarmed it, crawling here and there, swarming her body too. For all intent and purpose she looked as if she had lost her mind and murdered her crush, coming to a realization and her mind breaking. She staggered into the lights near the gate post and dropped to all fours, her grip on the knife solid but rolling from her hands and landing a few feet in front of her. The clone had very real tears rolling down it's face however no sobs came from her lips. The bugs forming the clone had chakra in them, but those with the most moved across the clones body to mimic a chakra circulatory system. Giving the illusion that this was a true person. The bugs covering her body, moving in tandem only served to further the crazed illusion that was the falsehood. Only time would tell if her ruse was successful.

Kōbutsu sighed in defeat, slumping down onto the table and messing up the cards strewn across the tiny slab of wood. Some fluttered to the ground in a noise that perfectly matched the amused chuckle of his chuunin partner - Kinzoku. Kinzoku's winning hand was knocked into his lap, some proceeding to the floor as well.
"You're a gambling cliche." The usually stoic-faced male spoke. "All energy and no luck." Kōbutsu picked up a handful of already overly-worn cards and flicked them at his partner in retaliation. Both of them heard footsteps approaching as they sat in silence. Underneath the table, they both reached a foot to their partner, to ensure the other was aware. Kinzaki crossed his arms, appearing to be waiting for Kōbutsu to admit his defeat, all the while getting his hands closer to his weapon holsters. Kōbutsu huffed, appearing to be festering in his own self-pity, all while relaxing his muscles, readying himself to react to any sudden attack. The sound of crying perked Kōbutsu's head up off the table, a look of worry crossing his features, while his partner took on his usual serious expression. The more expressive of the two stood and walked to the only door in and out of the tiny hut, opening it to the horrific sight of Taylor holding Kagerou's decapitated head.
As one, the two chuunin launched forward - Kōbutsu leading and going for the hand holding the knife, Kinzoku following up immediately behind, a hand going to the red phone on the wall and unhooking the receiver while never pausing in his way for Taylor's legs - the two working in silent, trusting tandem to knock down and hold down the sudden threat. It would only be when the threat is deemed no-longer a risk to causing any harm to their self or others that one of the Chuunin would return to the hut and confirm the situation with the person on the other end of the phone, and prove they aren't dead with the latest code and his own ID number.
Taylor's clone went still as she was grabbed. Her knife dropped to the floor as she was knocked down by the other security enforcer. Exactly what it honestly wanted. The moment the person was out of control of physics the bug clone would dissolve into thoisands of kikkaichu bugs. The head, knife, and the clones body all being comprised of bugs would envelop the two anbu and immediately begin feasting on chakra, each and every bug jockeying for purchase on an empty space. They would slip under the anbu cloths, towards their mouth nose and eyes, anywhere where trained to attack to be deboliting; emotionally and physically. Then they did something odd. The bugs all buzzed and chirped in unison, mimicking speech just loud enough for the two anbu and the person on the phone to hear. "Consider this an application." It would say before the deafening drone of insects would rise again. The voice was monotone but clear in a way that was meant to be intimidating and ominous without expressly doing so. Secreted away on their body would be a single female kikkaichu bug, for tracking purposes. Once taylor herself was out of earshot the bugs would disperse in all dirrections violently, moving wide and out of site before moving to the woods thenselves, to a predetermined point.
Taylor herself would activate her contraption and launch herself over the wall and into the treeline. The moment she was on the ground she was booking it towards the ferry, her hive churning out 2 generations of sterile drone insects as she moved, lacing the trees behind her with the insects.

Takumi would approach the Father Gates. It had been some time since he had wandered outside the safety of the village. He paused looking about. His mission to collect Barley for the new tavern bars was in tow. He hesitated before moving out.

It's a big job, but it offers shinobi the chance to let off steam by blasting away the foliage and relandscaping the area. You have permission to leave the village and head to the Barley Fields once you accept this mission. Just don't hurt anyone... Repeatable. ❥ ❥
Gathering himself, Takumi moved forward, venturing out to gather barley. Takumi did not care much for drinking, but he had use for the fermented barley. It had its medicinal purposes. Plus this suited his needs.
Sure of his path, he moved to the fields to be cleared outside the gates. [EXIT]

As Rinka passed through the gates, she handed a note off to the attendants. "Please be sure this makes it to the proper authorities, please. I'd hate to be counted as having gone missing," she said, plainly. Written on the note was her date of departure, reason for leaving, and expected return date. All pretty standard stuff for a trip outside the village. It was best to have all of your bases covered.
Taylor finally came to a halt when she could see the gates from a distance. "If i do, they haven't made themselves known" she said to the little oinin. She shivered softly at what it represented. Her prison. She took a breath once more before starting to walk inside the boundaries of the gate. "Better not be any damn esoteric beasties running around again..." she said stuffing her hands in her pocket.

▹ ► The woman grumbles, sounding offended by Taylor's comments. "Wait here," She adds, running on ahead and leaving both Aburames behind her. The male Oinin doesn't move, but speaks for the first time;
"She's a chuunin." He speaks from behind the mask. "Teaches at the Academy. She ran away, got into a bad crowd. She came back, begging, and Inka convinced the elders to let her remain a Shinobi." A small group of his insects fly off, into the village proper. "You're not the first, or the last, to run. This village has seen to many horrors. And I don't serve my clan. Not when you become Anbu or Oinin. You serve only the Kage. I have no judgement for you. Not unless the Kage gives it to me." He grows silent once more as the female chuunin returns, bounding like a gazelle.
"The village had a small crisis while we were away," She informs the Oinin. "You'll be updated at HQ." Then she turns to Taylor and gives a genuine smile. "You're in luck! The Kage's secretary will be the one to debrief you! She's much nicer than the I&T squad~" She bounces on the balls of her feet. "Head on up there, no sidetracking! I have to get to the academy." She steps aside, allowing Taylor entry into the village. "Welcome home!"

Though she hadn’t received a headband, she wanted to make sure that she was confident in her decision. She began her stride through the Gates, she pulled her hood up and walked through the dense mist. Though she was going to give her locality to Kiri... she wanted more... she wanted to see more. She reached the outside of the Gates and took a deep breath in. There was a strange since of freedom that washed over her. She went to the Village to find a sense of self, when really her knew all along. She kept her senses about her as she walked into the Water Country.
Taylor nodded and shook the little oinin hand. She would feel a small weight in her palm when Taylor released and walked into the village. The girl was quiet again. Her body tense once more, unlike how she was outside of these oppressive walls. She shivered as she beeline for the office. Which was quite accurate considering the winding twisting turns she needed to take.
Haji' was nervous, he'd been thinking it over for days. He'd heard nothing back from the higher ups, no assignments, no Sensei. It'd been a awhile since he'd received his headband but nothing seemed to come from it. In his hand was a note stating he would be leaving the village on a trip to visit family in the Land of Rice. But most likely he wouldn't be coming back. He had aspirations and things he wanted to do, he could put being a Ninja on the back burner and work around the world for now, there's no telling what he could see or do. With a sad sigh he handed in his note to one of the Gatekeepers and left his Village.
