Isla followed Kagerou out of the room without complaint nor hesitation. When they exited, she even listened to what she had to say, nodding at the women's words. She kept her hands behind the small of her back, eyes locked onto the medic as she spoke. No clear emotion, no other sign she was even listening, evident upon her face "Yes ma'am" She had acted as she did simply because the emotional man in the room had forced her hand. There was no way he would have allowed her to make her move, nor did she want to get his permission. She acted, and did not regret it. Keeping her eyes locked onto Kagerou "At your leave, Madam..." With those words, she turned on her heel and began to leave the room, following the earlier command given to write a report and exit the facility.

Off she went. Kagerou, as well, left after making sure that all others who had been involved with the emergency were also gone. Life was returning to the office, as it did elsewhere in the village. Activities were being resumed, even as the confusion was almost palpable. Kagerou, herself, gave a smile and a wave as she returned to the main lobby of the Sero's canopy.
There, she requested and received materials to write a report with and settled in one of the empty seats to jot down what she had witnessed in the most recent events. Everything she saw and heard, including a word-for-word quote of her Inka-lone, was put down onto paper. The tone was impersonal and formal, as a report should be, but as what Kagerou noticed the most was anything but, her concern shined through no matter how officially she wrote. Lines like, "I believe that the Sero echoed the traumatic memories of a certain individual," were pretty obvious in whose traumatic memories Kagerou suspected, and no matter how academically her speculations were written, the sheer number of guesses she put onto the paper gave away how much she worried over the implications of the illusions she witnessed as she made her way up the Sero. Of course, she gave her all and put in the most effort into writing up a thorough description of the incident in the Mizukage's office, which held its own weighty speculations centered around the Jack-turned-turtle-thing, and that final chapter of the crisis did take up the most space in the paper.
Once she finished the report, Kagerou handed it in to the proper personnel and proceeded to leave for other business.

• Specialist -The user chooses to specializing in healing medical techniques and gains a great boost to their chakra control in that area. At Chunnin, they gain a -5 chakra reduction to perform techniques in their specialty. at Jounin, -10, at Konin -15 at Sannin -20. To clarify, they they gain a -5 chakra reduction every rank, to a maximum of -20 at sannin. All medical jutsu are still learnable by both sides, but the chakra control only applies to the chosen side.
• Grand Performance - The user can perform both types of arts (ninjutsu and genjutsu) through their performance or instrument, often casting them at the same time (must pay for both techniques). Can perform D rank techniques through instrument at gennin, C at Chunnin, B at jounin, A at Konin, and S at Sannin.
• Learn Medical techniques one (1) post faster.
• Learn ninjutsu (1) post faster.
• Learn genjutsu one (1) post faster.
• Miracle Performance - Kagerou can perform healing eiseijutsu through her performance/instrument as if it was ninjutsu of the same rank. When performing healing medical techniques, she can target anyone who can hear her music with the jutsu. I.e. she no longer has to be within touch range of the target to use healing hands.
• Calamity Performance - Kagerou can perform offensive eiseijutsu through her performance/instrument as if it was ninjutsu of the same rank. When performing offensive medical techniques, she can target anyone who can hear her music with the jutsu. I.e. she no longer has to be within touch range of the target to use killing hands. Harmful eiseijutsu cast in this manner is guaranteed to hit as long as the condition of sound is met, but it takes one post to manifest its effects. In that time, the technique can be nullified by matching the energy (chakra/stamina/whatever else) cost Kagerou paid to use the entire jutsu, including any extra costs for additions/modifications. Those afflicted by harmful eiseijutsu cast in this manner become aware that if they do not spend the required amount of chakra/stamina, then bad things will happen to their body. The target(s) will have a vague sense of how bad the damage will be, but do not know what exactly will happen.
• Dream Audience - Kagerou's dream is to help as many as she could. From this desire, the dream world manifested the power to multiply the recipients of all of her eiseijutsu techniques. With neither extra effort nor decrease in power, Kagerou can affect two extra targets for each eiseijutsu activation as long as they fulfill the requirements to be a target (i.e. contact for most eiseijutsu by default or sound when Kagerou performs eiseijutsu). Past the starting two, she must spend a total of 5(n-3)+10 energy split evenly between chakra and stamina for each additional target; n = number of targets. Odd energy costs are split with 1 more point of stamina than chakra. This additional cost cannot be reduced or refunded.
• The Good Host - 1/2 off all implant chakra requirements.
• Iryo-nin I - Kagerou receives a +1 dr [slightly modifier] to her eiseijutsu for each medical title earned. 2 medical titles = +2 dr [mildly modifier].

Low-grade fertilizer yields crops in 1 week. High-grade fertilizer reaches a new level of fast and yields crops in 4 days. (Post-acceptance note: I just realized that there is an Evergreen religion in this guild. I did not mean for this to be a religious PA in any way. It's just botany. I hope that's not a problem.)
Taylor stepped into the office base floor as per instructed. She had only stopped to get changed into normal attire in a secluded alleyway. She waited politely to be addressed with her hands in her jacket pocket.

KrissellaThanderveldt Kirigakure's Secretary
___ Krissella was dressed as impeccably as always the only thing that gave away her need to be at full speed was her pace. Without even looking up from the papers in her hand, Krissella told Taylor to follow her. The secretary's hands hold several folders, the top-most is open only just enough to give her eyes, and her eyes alone, access to the info within. She does not explain the cacophony of 'weirdness' that had occured during Taylor's absence. Does not make a noise. Even her heeled shoes are silent. They will eventually come to a small office with only a desk with a chair behind it and two in front. Krissela sits at the lone chair after closing the door.
___ Placing the folders aside, Krissella procures a small vial of clear liquid and keeps it in her hand, clearly visible. She learns forwards, folds her hands on the desk, and speaks;
___ "Look me in the eye, answer my questions." Krissella orders. "Did you leave on the orders of an organisation other than Kirigakure?" She would wait, unmoving for an answer before continuing on. "Do you now serve a force other than Kirigakure?" Again, she waits. "Do you have any reason to beleive you may be compromised or have compromised the security of this village?" Krissella does not blink. "How is your health? Mentally and physically." ___
Taylor matches her gaze silently listening. She would answer the questions I the spaces provided by her interrogator. Her mind shifted to the vial briefly, assuming it was a countermeasure or a method of her execution. She also let drift through her mind that she knew the eye based mind reading ninjutsu, and could employ it at any time. She chose not to. "I left because my partners had all perished and needed to get away from the source for a little while to cope. I don't serve another force...Im much too careful to have compromised the security of our village. If I had been captured my hive would have been ordered to devour my clearance seals. My mind is...better than it was. Mostly just grieving. My body is fine. "She said as she waited more questions. She crossed her arms over her chest, a small habit of hers.
Haji was on his way to the Mizukage, having been given orders to speak with him for Assignment. He took a look around the waiting room, empty, he was really excited and anxious. He wondered where the Kage's Secretary was at but shrugged it off, only to take a seat moments later. Soon he even let out a groan, it seemed to be taking forever, but he'd have to deal with it and try and be patient.
Ahem the sound would echo before the boy made it to the actual Office of the Mizukage. Off to the side, a man with glasses on his face sat at the desk, one leg folded over the other in a manner comfortable for him. He held a smile that belied how actually tired he was. He'd had a long day, to say the least, but regardless he did look excited to help the boy. He was leaning back in his chair, a shadow cast from himself weirdly elongated across to the center of the space between his desk, the door to the office, and where Haji was standing. "The mizukage is... not in currently. My name is Shikashieru, Kyouiku no Mizu. You can call me Kyou, if you would like. I get the feeling, since I haven't seen you before, that this is what you're looking for?" he would ask reaching into the desk a few feet ahead of him, breaking his comfortable position to open a drawer and reach in to find a fresh set of head bands. He opted to give him the choice from a variety of colors. "Tell me. What's your name?" he would inquire to the youth,
Haji' almost jumped out of his skin, he hadn't even noticed the man sitting at the desk. He cocked his head toward him, some of his crimson hair falling in his eyes. The boy turned to him and sort of whipped his head to free up his vision. He looked over the somewhat drowsy gentleman and gave a nod of acknowledgement at hearing that the 'Kage was unavailable. Haji' kept eye contact, smiling politely as he listened to the older male. Another nod followed as he showed off a head band and asked his name. "Oh! Sorry, I should have spoken up sooner. I'm Hajime Asuhara, Academy Graduate and Genin." He walked to the desk and gave a small bow, out of courtesy and started to look over the headbands. The Genin seemed to have an air about him, if he was older it might give a sense of maturity, but with his age he seemed like a very mannered kid. He held himself up proudly, standing tall, proper posture and what not.
Shikashieru smirked when the boy jumped. He was somewhat used to people not observing him because he was extremely small of presence. He had a bit of a reputation as the best teacher in the whole village, and against his nature as a Nara, he loved the work involved. Still, being low of motivation meant he quite literally turned into a shadow sometimes. He cleared a bit of hair with his fingertips, tucking it behind his head as he leaned over the desk. The boy's voice was good for helping him to awaken, and he was knee deep in gathering the boy's manneurisms when he decided on a course of action for the well mannered boy. Well, he decided on several, actually. "So tell me, Hajime," he began urging him towards the red strapped headband, mostly because it matched the deeper shade in his hair well. "The road of the ninja is a long one, and plenty of choices and pathways await you. What do you aspire to be. Who is Hajime?" he would ask him, allowing his fingers to interlace below his chin.
Haji couldn't seem to quite place where he knew Kyou from, but after getting a good close look at him he could swear he has seen him before. He had a feeling the answer to that was incredibly simple, but he just brushed the thought from his mind. When Kyou spoke up, he unknowingly tilted his head to the side, ever so slightly. An obvious sign he was listening with intent. All the while he was holding that red headband, distracted for the moment. "That's something I've thought about, but I wanna be great and powerful. Someone who everyone looks up to, someone the people know can and will protect them!" He was grinning big, if not just a little cocky in those words. He finished up, "Hajime, the Lightening in the Mist! Heh...or will be!" It's obvious that he's been holding on to that title for a long time. Haji finally looks down at the headband he's holding and looks it over, setting it to the side. He hasn't said no to that but the young Shinobi looks over the rest of the colored headbands.
Shikashieru so loved seeing the boys and girls with bright hopes at the start of their journeys. His fondness was two fold whenever he heard the big,and lofty aspirations they all had. Many a genin had aspired to lead, to inspire, to protect. A similar number had crafted entire personas for their future selves, complete with wordy nicknames or titles. Shikashieru sat up straight in the chair with a smile. "Well then, Hajime. How about this: go start your ninja training. Learn what you can and then go see about carrying out some missions, once you've settled ona headband. It might be helpful to find a few friends, perhaps? Kiri wasn't built in a day, and it wasn't made by one person alone either. After you've done some training and missions, we'll go from there. As always, there's plenty to do, young Hajime."
Haji' had picked up a bright, electric blue headband after he'd finished his words, looking at Kyou. He'd found what he wanted, but his eyes went back to him as he spoke to him. He listened to every word of Kyou's advice, nodding, eyes locked on his. There was a fire in those eyes, he was ready to get going, to get strong. "This one!" He exclaimed after Kyou finished, the Shinobi already had it wrapped around his head, cinching it tight and knotting it. The bright blue had a colorful contrast with his crimson locks, his hair falling over the mist symbol on the plate. "I think that's what I'm gonna do, go train, but I do have to ask. Aren't I supposed to be assigned to a Sensei and a team?"
