This is the thread discussed in the last pride announcement. It is here that you should post your current Stormborn by rank, using the code below.From these I will compile a "master" member list which I will maintain.
What You Need to Know
Any limited-rank Stormborn (priestesses and lawspeakers) not posted here by 11.59 EST on December 27th will be demoted to freeborn status until they perform the IC/OOC requirements for that rank (again, if necessary).
Late-posted Stormborn will be added to the list after the people who actually posted their Stormborn by December 27th have been added. Those which are posted late may be restored to any limited-rank positions they held, but you'll have to speak to Fey. Captains, Reavers, Freeborn, and Thralls will not lose their ranks if posted late.
People who have gone inactive and do not post their Stormborn at all will have their Stormborn added at Fey's leisure after the late posters. Their Stormborn will be listed in grey to indicate that their ranks are unconfirmed. Unconfirmed Stormborn may not breed. If you find your Stormborn in this position, please post in this thread as soon as possible.
If your lion is not on the master list they will not be approved for breedings, although currently-approved breedings will be grandfathered in.
After January 1st, 2016 I will not hunt down new litters or new ranks. It is your responsibility to post these in the appropriate threads.
Any changes made after I've quoted you should be made in the appropriate thread (Ranks/Rank Changes or Joining).

Questions
If you have questions and I have answers, I will post both here so that others can benefit from your curiosity.
Which are the "limited rank" positions?
Limited ranks (or limited-number ranks, depending on how I typed it at that moment) are Priestess and Lawspeaker. Each of these ranks is allowed only nine members at any given time. The ranks High Priestess and First Speaker are not counted toward the nine.
What if my SB is in the process of changing ranks?
If they have been approved for the new rank, post them as the new rank. If they have not, post them as the old rank and post in the Ranks/Rank Changes thread once they've met the requirements.
What if my SB is in the process of joining?
If their JRP is complete (or at least has all of the rolls done, in a challenge RP) and you're just waiting on a cert, go ahead and post them. If they've been approved but their JRP isn't done, post them, but let me know that they haven't finished their JRP yet. They will be added to the list in grey until their JRP is done.
How will I let you know when the JRP is done?
When it's done, you can send a PM to the mule or post something to that effect in the Ranks/Rank Changes thread (a link to the complete RP would not go amiss in either case).
Is that going to be the policy for joining the SB from now on?
I'm not sure yet. Possibly yes, but that may change if it doesn't work.
What if my SB doesn't have their cert?
I'm not asking for certs. I'm trusting you guys to be honest about your SBs' ranks.
Why aren't you asking for certs?
Because you're supposed to be keeping track of those in your own member list post and I don't feel like updating this list every time you get a new one or your SB grows. That's what I used to do, and it was exhausting.
So you don't want any sort of image to go with our SB?
Correct. You have (or should have) your own post in the member list thread that you keep maintained with that sort of thing, and people who want to know what someone looks like can check that.
Why do we still have to maintain our individual member posts?
Mostly because I said so. Actually, I'm not sure you will have to do this forever. Let's try this and see how it goes for a while.
I'd really rather have a more complete member list, like the old one, with images that're updated as soon as new certs are posted, and I'd volunteer to maintain it. Can I?
No. The offer is appreciated, but no. Fey is a librarian IRL and it makes her a little nutty when people go into things she's organized and move them around, even if they don't mess anything up.
What if I'm going to be gone for the entire month of December? Will my SB lose their rank?
Possibly. I am giving you basically an entire month to post here, and you're apparently around to ask questions, so...yeah. It's a distinct possibility.
I feel personally victimized by this turn of events. Why are you doing this?
I'm not doing this to be mean. Truly. I've had several people asking me recently how many priestesses and lawspeakers there are in the pride, and I realized I don't actually know because there is no authoritative list for me to consult and I don't know how up-to-date everyone's individual member posts are (sorry guys, but I don't). Furthermore, the Stormborn have been around for several years now, and they've grown pretty large, and I want to make sure that the people with lions holding limited-number ranks are actually present and participating, or else let others who are present and participating have a shot at them. I also want to have an accurate accounting of these ranks and the people who hold them, as there are already discrepancies thanks to a few instances of breytast vindar over the years.
It's after January 1, 2016. Can I still post my Stormborn here and have them added to the master member list?
Yes. Absolutely. Please do! Any limited rank Stormborn you post at this point will be freeborn once more and required to go through the requirements again to regain their previous rank, but your existing Stormborn won't be added to the master member list at all if you don't post them here.
Why aren't any of the questions so far helpful to my situation?
I don't know. You could ask one that is, if you need to. I'll try to answer it.
