"Maybe to keep up with being spoopy? Ive heard Jack-o-lanterns are scary to humans. Using watermellons or anything ellse wouldnt be as spoopy~" She shrugged, clearly not really interested in the pumkins. She wandered just a bit away, not paying attention till she almost bumped in to a person that seemed like theyr were staring right at her. "Did I ever tell you that...I was born in? on? Ether one, it took place on/in Halloween? Isnt that just facinating?!"

Wait...They could see her!?

Mercy promptly ran from the human, grabbing shu's hand as quickly as possible. Perhaps it was time to leave since apparently that human could see them?

"S-Spoopy?" The big eyes blinked at Mercy, for the term she'd never heard before. She disagreed with the humans and thought the jack-o-lanterns had cute faces, she was bemused by the adjective "scary". The Nekomata was admiring the pumpkins chinhanded with delightful mood when she saw the werewolf rushing to her and abruptly grabbed her into a run. "Welcome back- wait - Eh? M-MERCYYYYYYYYYYY! Why- Why're we running?" Being dragged into a flee run, Shu had completely no idea why they were doing that. She almost bit her tongue when asking the werewolf questions in haste and had to grabbed the hand tightly not to be flung away.

It felt tired to bend down and followed the shorter werewolf, soon, Shu was panting. Gladly, Mercy finally stopped. "Explanation please. What did you see, Mercy?" They chose a house to get in and rested on the sofa as the family was supposed to go out for the great night. "Meow," a black cat called from a window sill.

Whether the werewolf chose to tell Shu what she had seen or not, the Nekomata had pressed himself against the window, the black cat didn't go away but lingered around. Shu thus opened the window and immediately the cat jumped onto her laps and snugged against her. Shu twisted her tail in some happy movements, the bell rang a beautiful short melody as she petted her fellows.
