Campus Grounds - Morning
Sophie had awoken bright and early that morning, did some much needed tidying up of her desk and grabbed a light breakfast. She waffled around for a bit until her Shibe, Napoleon, decided it was time for a potty break and a run. The ghoul changed into more comfortable clothes and grabbed his leash before heading downstairs.

Napoleon barked at those passing by - out of annoyance that they weren't giving him attention rather than out of aggression. Sophie shushed him and the pair began running down the paths of the campus, past fields and along the edge of the woods.

Sophie would also pass by an extremely shiny over-the-top sword that was just lying there, propped up against a rock in the middle of the path. When she looked back to double-check it would be gone.

"No," came the very determined voice. "No - we are going to be good, we are going to be great, we are - stop that, right this second.

From around the corner of a nearby building came a large, purple-pink creature with a lolling tongue, happily gamboling across the lawn. Attached to it, rather haphazardly - or rather, clutching the reigns as though for dear life, was a particularly flustered looking sphinx, though it was clear he was trying not to be flustered.

"No - wait - stop, that is not being good, Justice, come on - "

Kamakura was out for a walk on his own when he passed by what appeared to be someone out with their minipet as well. Before he could truly admire the shibe, Sasha made a low hissing sound, darting behind her owner and hiding behind him.

The sudden tug on the leash he was holding had him looking down as he crouched beside his minipet and gazed over towards the ghoul. "What's their name?" The demon inquired hesitantly after a moments consideration, gesturing tot he others pet.

Sophie slowed only enough to confirm that she must've been imagining the sword. She came to a complete stop, however, at the arrival of the bloody cloud and took a few cautious steps back; at least until she saw the deer come out and sniff at Napoleon who waffled cautiously and rolled onto his back only to jump up with a bark when the deer made whatever sound that was.

That was.. odd. She gave the leash a little tug and continued at a slower pace. Then came another sound and Sophie turned in time to avoid the trampling path of the mount, landing on the ground with an 'off'. Napoleon started barking and she gave his head a scratch to quiet him. She pulled herself off the ground and eyed the mount and the flustered boil atop it. "Need a hand?" She wasn't sure if she was strong enough to stop it but it was worth a shot..

Napoleon gave a little bark again and the ghoul turned at the arrival of another and gave a smile. "Oh! Napoleon. This is Napoleon." She patted his head gently. "Sit!" His tongue lolled and his head tilted to the side as if he heard her but he made no indication of listening to her command. "And yours?"

Gesturing to Sasha he nodded his head. "Her names Sasha actually." He explained, gently coaxing her to come out of hiding.

After that didn't work, Kama rifled in his bags pockets. He then produced a pet treat first to his own. This seemed to settle her down then looked to the other student, a questioning look if it was allowed for theirs to have. "Ah, hi there then Napoleon." He greeted the mini.

Leaning to one side slightly he watched the strange sight of the student and the boils mount. As he was struggling with the mount, Kama's eyes went wide. "Yo, be careful.." He called to the frantic boil, hoping they didn't end up crashing.

"Noooooooo," Vaudrey yelped, and he stumbled forward again, tugging at the reigns. Justice only lumbered forward more determinedly, tongue lolling, and the sphinx was in the middle of debating just how many gentleman points he would lose if he just jumped on the thing.

Except there were creeple just ahead. There was a ghoul and a boil and no, this was very bad timing, how was he supposed to be impressive if he was just staggering around embarrassingly after his silly, stubborn mount that refused to listen to him?!

He dug his heels in, trying very hard to beam a smile at the pair of them.

"Not at all!" said Vaudrey brightly, and then tripped over a root and smacked into the mount's side.

"...maybe a little bit of a hand."

Kamakura looked away from the ghoul he'd been chatting with about their minis to the other as he wailed his no. Reaching into his bag, he went for one of his apples he'd shoved in his bag for later. His eyes went wide as the other suddenly was on the side of his mount.

This made him wonder if the greater feline he had back in the stables would be as unruly if he tried to ride Ranji. ]He hadn't had time, but he'd cared for he and the two horses despite their nightmare-ish appearance..or lack there of for one of them.

"I'll try and offer it up if you wanna try grabbing the reigns?" He looked too Sophie. While he didn't have a name for the zombie ghoul, he included her just the same as she'd been the one to offer to help the other student in the first place. "Or you can, either ways fine with me." The cat boil remarked, making a move to outstretch the offered apple to try and coax the wild mount that was the source of the other boil's mishaps.
