[PRP] Murder (Marzena & HER NEMESIS)

It was one of the days that Marzena Adriatico was surprisingly not in a terrible mood. Perhaps she had actually woken up on the right side of the bed today. Perhaps it was because she had regained her natural form. Perhaps it was just one of those days, but she wasn't about to question it.

She had intended to stay in her room as much as possible today; going out meant that her signature scowl would grace her face again, and Marzena was much too lazy to maintain it.

Then, as if to prove that the universe was almost entirely out to get her, there was a little tap at her window. An innocent, simple little tap…that was repeated once, twice, and however many times it would take to get her attention.

There, sitting on the outside of her window sill, was a gas mask wearing Fracs. Staring at her through the glass. With a little hoof raised in a threat to continue tapping until it got whatever it wanted.

It was a fortunate (not for Marzena) that dark curtains were not obscuring her window today, or else she probably wouldn't be bothered to get up. Her first thought was that it certainly must be some annoying minipet, and threw a haphazard glance to make sure...

A minipet it was, but that minipet in particular made her bolt upright, a swoop of rage coursing through her entire body. "What." Marzena growled, storming over to the window, ready to throw it open and wring that offender by the neck.

To its credit, the Fracs actually did startle as she stormed over. It's pale fur fluffed out on edge, the tuft on its tail seeming to expand, and while its expression couldn't be seen through the mask, its backwards swivelling ears spoke volumes. But it also stayed on the window ledge, as far back as it could. If the window opened, it would dart under murderous hands and jump into her room, scooting away to find a place to hide.

"You have got to be kidding me." Marzena spat out venomously as the Fracs avoided her grasp and leaped into her room. Slamming the windows shut to close off an escape route, she narrowed her eyes at the offending creature.

"What the freaking Jack are you doing?" Was it here to steal something else? Knock her out and bring her to another one of those hellholes?

Not this time. She was going to capture it before it took her, or her seal skin again.

Fracs was very quick to run around the room, jumping onto and off of as many things as possible in an attempt to find another exit, and when it found none, it let out a strange noise from behind its mask and drove under the bed.

She had managed to trap it, so it was only a matter of time before she caught it.

Watching it as it shot under her bed, Marzena lowered herself onto the ground with no hesitation, crawling in after it. "You can't hide forever, you know."

The Fracs waited until she had most of her torso under the bed before it darted out from under it, racing into the room and launching itself onto her desk, sliding across it and pretty much knocking over everything that had been on the surface.
