He closed the laptop and stood. "I mean, if you want to ******** get it done right now, rather than later."

The look on Al's face brightened substantially, "Yeah man. Let's do it." He needed the distraction just as badly as Rep did. He stood and rushed to hold the door for Rep. He wanted to tell Rep he was the best, that he was the greatest friend he ever had and could ever have hoped for. He wanted to be a major sap, but also worried that it would run him off. He hoped instead that the grateful look on his face would be enough for now - until he got to repay the favor ten fold.
