Ok so I Have been reading a lot lately online about belly fat in stuff, and found out lots of scary stuff about how bad belly fat is.

Apparently for a male, if your waist/belly size is more than 40 inches, then there is like a 95% chance you already have visceral fat surrounding your organs. My waist is 42 inches, and my hips are only 38.

Another weird thing is that I NEVER exercise. Unless you count walking back and forth all the time at the register at my work. So yeah, I never exercise and my beer belly just keeps getting bigger and bigger. O.O I think I'm screwed since I eat mostly junk food and fast food often.
