Haven't shaved down there in a long time

I know your not supposed to shave down there but I do. I haven't shaved down there the past couple of months and I noticed there are a lot of red bumps there and a few on my thighs...

Red bumps are common for people who shave. But they usually clear up after a little while of not shaving.
