Skyrim lore

"Long ago in the First Age, a fearsome dragon named Numinex ravaged the whole of Skyrim. The dreadful drake wiped out entire villages, burned cities and killed countless Nords. It seemed that no power in Tamriel could stop the monster."

But someone DID stop Numinex, and the dragon was kept imprisoned in his captor's castle until he eventually went insane, forgetting even his own name. It's not known how the dragon was captured, or if he was eventually killed, or if he had escaped later on. It's also unsure how much of the legend was made up to suit the captor's ego or political standing. It's not even known if the dragon was actually peaceful towards humans or not...

So for MY Numinex, my ideas are as follows (with some blank holes for other plots/characters to fill in):

She was raised during war time (who was warring exactly, idk, blank space here), and anyone with talons like hers were trained into strong protectors--defensive tactics more than offensive, because the heart of her herd/family truly wished for peace, healing, and well-being. Her large wings were also seen as a huge advantage. She was among a few specialists in her group, and as such was trained not only in defensive tactics, but also in the healing arts. She could scout wide areas from the air for any injured, and she could also flee from danger quickly if need be, or even carry someone away.

During an epic skirmish, Numinex was the last one left standing in her tight group, and after days of attempting to widen the space between her and her pursuers, she was eventually captured and taken prisoner by the enemy. The enemy always did a fine job of painting Numinex and her group as the aggressors to the land, when it was really the opposite. Numinex then spent years in captivity--solitary confinement. She's not sure herself how long she was held captive, and she's never explained to anyone how she managed to escape--but escape she did.

Now Numinex wanders alone (though never far enough away that she can't keep her eye on enemy territory), and to anyone who has come into contact with her or seen her speaks of her as a sort of vagabond, or even a rogue in some opinions. Some say she's nuts, some say she's beyond wise. She's a cryptic sort, never stating the obvious, and always remains solitary, calm, and careful. She often seems at first to be wasting another's time with riddle-like advice and seemingly random statements, when in actuality she's been trying to help them all along. With Numinex, "help" can take many forms and doesn't necessarily have to include physical healing.
