Leon Kusenagi has a very lean yet muscular athletic body that has obtained a very light tanning over time. He has almost soarkily white hair that is short to mid length with the back section of his hair sticks straight out while flat on top and parts at the center on the front. He has traded his black shinigami uniform for a red sleeveless coat like shirt that has white and gold lining along with comfy brownish black slacks and brown plain shoes. On his neck and wrists he thin narrow brownish black cloth wrappings that are either tied into a neat knot or made to look like a regular wrapping. Most of his muscles are semi pronounced to give him a slight buff look while he wears his attire. His zanpaktou when not in use hangs from a brownish black cloth sling that connects to both shoulders allowing it to rest on his back.

Personality: Leon is a laid back person and is never really one to snap out of anger. He can be cocky at times but is either stoic or lax most of the time. He never backs out of a fight even if it is a losing fight for him because of how his parents were. He is never a sore loser and even praises the ones that beat him and does the same if he wins. He has sworn to never take someone elses life unless he absolutly needs to or is forced to do so. He never really shows much emotion besides what has already be said but he on rare occasion will remember his parents from time to time and the sadness can be seen on his face but even that wont hinder his fighting.

Biography: Yuuya Mizuki is the son of two military high ranking officers by the name of adam connors and sarah wayne. Adam was a specialist when it came to recon and stealth while sarah was a side arm specialist. Each of them were in the army reserve and were only called in when things in the wars got desperate. They met in the military academy and became sweethearts. They eventually made an inseparable pair and were nearly unmatched when sent on missions. What a sniper could do with a rifle sarah could do with a pistol. What the military didn't know was they both had gifts that were not human. Adam had very fast healing and the ability to sneak around in any facility and fortress without being detected at all. Sarah had very sharp vision and could predict the future. It was not until they both were on standby in the city they were living in when a crazy and passion filled night gave way to sarah being pregnant. She had predicted this and already had the name ready. After they retired from the reserves adam and sarah changed their last names to Mizuki Getting decent jobs they saved a lot of money to send yuuya to college.
When yuuya was born he had his mothers eyes and his fathers hair. As he grew up he was placed under a strict schedule. When he was little he would get limited access to things like toys games and computers. When he was not studying and or doing homework he was with adam and sarah as they were turning him into a soldier at an early age. This would continue all through out elementary grade school intermediate middle school and high school. At the age of 15 he had become a very good looker thanks to his parents genes and lifestyle. His gift did not awaken until the age of 15 when he was walking home late from staying after school to finish some studies when someone tried to mug him and ended up shooting him in the chest. Being left on the ground his parents had been driving around looking for him. Seeing him on the ground they went to take him to the hospital seeing the blood but when the arrived the bullet was a through and though and yet the gunshot wound was already somewhat healed. They checked him out and he did have gunpowder on his body from the bullet hitting him. Almost right away sarah looked at adam and knew right away he got his fathers fast healing. Taking him home sarah taught him how to use a gun and his father taught him hand to hand combat. When he was not taking his training seriously he was shipped out to military school.
He was well liked there and was a model student. Since everyone knew his parents he had to surpass the standards they set for him. When the 4 years of military school were up they offered him a spot in the military but he declined. On his way back home he got a call on his cell phone saying his parents were killed in a collapsed building that had been on fire. Devastated yuuya would attend their funeral and was glad they had graves where heroes where buried. Going home he would stay there for a few weeks as he lived off of what was left at the house. Going through their things he would find a box with a note attached to it. Reading the message he was almost brought to tears as his parents had left him two things to remember them by. He was left with a silver cross pendent attached to a silver chain with a picture of adam and sarah in it and along with the cross pendent he found a handgun that also had a note on it. His mother had a handgun custom made for yuuya along with it 6 magazines for it . Taking the pendent and the handgun and mags he would leave his parents home after burning it to the ground. He had been long gone before fire department arrived to put out the flames. Everything was burned beyond repair and restoration. All of his parents secrets were buried with them.
He wandered around looking for something to keep him occupied for a while and hearing from one of his friends who also had gifts had called him telling him about belladonna's school for the gifted. Hearing about this his friend gave him the address to the school. Figuring since the only time he actually got to hang out and chat with others when his parents were alive was in school might as well go to this one what harm could it be for him. Seeing as how he had been given his concealed license he knew he would not have any problem bringing his gun with him. It was concealed in a holster like pocket his pants had on either side of his waist. Heading for the school he would enroll himself and will now see what this school life will be like. After a week of that school he had left for his own reasons.
He roamed around for several months working part time jobs until he found himself in front of another school. in a different city. He had unknowingly wandered from one major city to this place. Knowing guns would not fit in a fighting school he had to practice a different weapon style. So yuuya would pick up fighting with a katana. Through harsh training and through countless fights he quickly mastered the way of the sword and beat his main instructor in a fight before he graduated from the academy after four years there as well. Yuuya changed his name to leon kisaragi after a year and came up with the idea to build and run his own dojo. Wandering around aimlessly he accepted any challenge given to him while he continued to work part time jobs to save up enough money to build his own dojo and keep it maintained.
Leon worked long enough to build his dojo but before he could open it the next day he had been killed with a poison coated dagger to his heart. and died instantly from rip in his heart and from the poison. Leon ended up as a spirit with a broken soul link standing over his dead body. He at first thought this wasn't real, but after a while he started to wander around and exploring noticing he could float around and see other spirits.Somehow it started to make sense to him slight before he heard and ominous roar behind him. He was attacked by a large ape like hollow that was faster then it appeared. Leon attempted to attack it only to piss it off more before it slammed him into a wall. For once he could not compliment such a cheap fight. He thought it was all over for him until a red haired shinigami effortlessly cut down the hollow. Standing to his feet he went to thank the shinigami but all he got from him was a cold stare before he was struck in the forehead with the hilt of the sword konsoing him teleporting him to the soul society.
He was confused, but after a while he started liking it there, and that is when he heard about the soul reaper academy. Leon had lived in the rukongai district for some time learning his way around the area wanting to know everyone before he applied for the academy. The white haired martial artist learned all about the shinigami arrancar and vizards from those who lived by the walls of the seireitei as they frequently saw fighting between them. Once he heard that he ran as fast as he could to the location of the academy application desk. He applied as fast as he could write his information down. Spending several months to years there he studied diligently in the ways of a shinigami. It was not easy but he loved the challenge. His looks and dedication got him some looks from the opposite gender but he had was too busy to notice. Through hard work and practice he graduated from the academy with above average marks. He excelled in zanjutsu and hakuda fighting and was only decent at hoho and kido.
When he heard that shingami get their zanpaktou spirits after training diligently and for a long time he did so without question. Day and night leon never stopped training less it was to eat or sleep to recover energy. Though after several weeks he finally received what he was looking for his own zanpaktou spirit. Though while he was training he was found by a gotei elite recruiting officer to watched him train. Leon did not get the name of his spirit right away he had to earn it through hard work and training. He did just that even putting his life in almost constant jeopardy he finally learned the name of his sword. The spiritual female named Kuro no Oni became like a mentor to him. Striking a deal with her before offically becoming shinigami and zanpaktou spirit and the real training would begin. He wanted to join the gotei elite so he could protect those who could not defend themselves and protect those he cared for better then he did before. He signed up for the gotei elite and while waiting for his application to go through he met up with a former instructor in the rukon district.
He along side his spirit he trained hard and his body and mind were put to the limits and past in order to become stronger. He never wanted to be shown mercy as he loved the challenge of unlocking more and more untapped potential.During the harsh training with the powerful instructor leon had improved drasticly in three of the four basic fighting styles that all shinigami trained in before entering the gotei thirteen. Zanjutsu Hakuda and Hohō, though his improvement in the kido art never increased half as much as his skill in the rest Once he finished his training the former captain had no more to teach him cept for him to try and work on his kido skills. He was hoping for a high position but would settle for anything really and would work his way up to the top if need be. He did not qualify for captain or vice so he settled for the 3rd seat of squad 11. He will never be content with that spot and even now will push himself to become stronger to boost himself in the ranks until he can achieve his goat of becoming a captain.

Kuro no Oni takes the form of a straight 6 foot long katana with a silver blade and white handle with white wrapping. The sheath is white with a white cord on it. On the middle and end of the hilt the words power and loyalty are engraved into the sheath. The top of the sheath and hilt of the sword are silver along with the round cross guard of the zanpaktou.Zanpakuto Spirit Appearance:
Kuro is a demon looking woman with large black and white cat ears with golden horns coming out of them. Wearing a white and black armored suit with various parts of her skin showing with black wings and armored tail appearing from her body her hair is white and goes down to her back while her eyes are golden in color. She looks gentle at first glance but can turn viscous in the blink of an eye.
Zanpakuto Spirit Personality: Kuro no Oni is like a mentor to leon while secretly having a crush on him. She keeps that little fact hidden while training him without a beat of mercy at his request. She supports him in battle and spikes his spiritual power in a pinch to boost his odds or to keep him alive long enough to get help.
Inner World:
Leon's inner world is a white forest with a pure white sky with a combination of white leafs snow and crystals covering the trees and ground itself. A few rivers run through the world that are a deep obsidian color but crystal clear. Shikai Status: Yes

Shikai Released Appearance:
Leon's shikai turns into a gunblade with a sword's blade attached to a revovler cylinder and rifle stock as the grip. A chain hangs from the handle and a trigger under the cylinder. The entire blade is silverish white in color besides the handle of the weapon and the lion like decal on the center of the blade.Shikai Abilities:
» Spirit Shot :: When leon performs spirit shot he will consentrate his reiatsu energy into his gunblade and fire it towards the intended target. When the shot is fired it looks like a white red and black beam of energy coming out of the tip of the gunblade with the penetrating power speed and blast radius of a regular bullet. If enough reiatsu is focused it can penetrate barriers and multiple targets in a straight line. The shot has the same firing mechanics as a regular bullet being fired. Posting duration is 1 normally if its overcharged it lasts 2 and the cool down time is 3 posts
» Spirit Slash :: When leon performs spirit slash he will consentrate his reiatsu energy into his gunblade before swinging it. The gunblade will fire a wave of reiatsu energy that will shoot in a straight line until it hits his target or anything in the general direction. If the slash is overcharged it can slash through buildings and slice off limbs if makes contact with its target. If it isnt overcharged it will explode upon contact. Posting duration is 1 normally if its overcharged it lasts 2 and the cool down time is 3 posts
» Spirit Shield :: When leon starts to use his spirit shield he will either form an orb of reiatsu energy around his body or focus it into one of his arms and make a spirit shield on his arm like a tower shield or a buckler or a kite sheild. Depending on how much energy is used he can make up to four kinds of shields including the full body orb sheild. The orb shield can block attacks from all sides while the frontal sheilds can block attacks from which ever direction the sheild is being directed at. If leon's shield starts to block an attack too strong for his sheild to handle it will shatter causing him to get pushed back and stunned . The power duration for this ability is the orb sheild lasts 2 posts while the frontal sheild lasts 6. While the power cool down time is different for each form. The orb sheild is 5 while the frontal is 10
» Spirit Pulse :: When leon performs his spirit pulse he generates reiatsu energy into one or both hands and either fire a large single directional beam of energy from one or both hands or slam it on the ground causing either one or two 360 degree energy ripples on whatever serface it is on sending waves of energy all around him. The ability can be interrupted mid cast to cancel out the move. The power duration for this ability 1 while the ability posting cool down time is 4.

Healing Surge :: When leon performs healing surge he will start to glow a golden while color while his wounds start to heal at alarming rates. If the move is allowed to finish he will be completely healed.The healing is not instantanious though it does take some time to heal. When the ability finishes or when leon is attacked the aura of healing light will flash with a glass shattering noise echoing as the light disappears.Since this isnt an attack the only way this ability will not work is if leon is attacked while activating this ability or attacked while the abiliy is active in which case the ability will simply fail to activate. Leon cannot attack while using this move. Power Duration is 4 turns if not interrupted.{4=100%}{3=75%}{2=50%}{1=25%}.This move has a 10 post cool down time regardless if the move is allowed to finish or is interrupted.
Awakened Mode :: When leon enters his awakened mode his body starts to glow blood red as a bloody red aura appears around his body. While this mode is active all his physical traits and reiatsy are increase by 5 fold for a short period of time. Once the mode expires the bloody red aura will disappear and his body will no longer be glowing. If the activation of his awakened mode is interrupted he will not be able to activate it again until the cool down is over. The power posting limit is 7 while the cool down time is 14 posts.

Trivia: Leon will go by his old name if your good friends with him or if your an opponent that has earned his respect. He has trained his body to withstand the harshest of spiritual pressure.
Other: He will fight without a zanpaktou without a second thought if the opponent does the same. His shikai gunblade's gun side only causes an explosion at the tip of the blade and cannot fire actual rounds unless its the spirit shot.
