No pain or pleasure or sense of balance or really any other, even sense of smell is nullified though taste and vision are uneffected (though tastes would be weaker without scent)

2. It can cut anything it is swung towards with the minor depth of a scrape the width of a blade, it is invisible and instant but also very weak and will be blocked by anything in its path, including clothes.
