Gengyo is now officially in Bankai. s**t just got real. PLEASE if you think your character may be within 100 feet of Gengyo, move them away unless you want them to lose access to almost all their abilities...and of course be limited to that VERY confined space with no ability to sense outside or be sensed inside. I did it because I want, first off, to get this done faster...and secondly, it's to isolate Gengyo so that everyone else can post a few times and catch up.

Hmm, now to make the decision whether Shizuko got out, or gets to show off her hand-to-hand skills. Probably the first, since you did this to isolate your character. Also, since Shikitei is now in Bankai, you double the roll for amount killed, meaning there's 49 left, not 54.

It's a sphere. So it's both above ground AND underground as well.

I just had a realization. Gengyo is now weaponless and kido-less. Meaning from here on out he'll be dispatching Hollows using nothing but ordinary hand-to-hand combat, and at twice the standard rate, no less, due to his bankai being activated. Can anyone say beast mode?
