	Hi well me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex for the pass two months and now I'm over a week later for my period I also have sore breast and at night I get nausea . I don't know if I should take a pregnancy test yet or it's nothing else . Please help

	If you are over a week late, then yes, it is time to take a pregnancy test. That is the only way to know if you are pregnant or not. After that, schedule a doctor's appointment regardless of the results. Because if you are pregnant, you will need a checkup. And if you are not pregnant, you'll need birth control. If you're not pregnant, don't have sex again until you get birth control.
