I think I remember something about Eren calling him a horse-face in the anime too! But the Attack on Crack is pretty funny. He has a longer face than everyone else and everyone went with it -w-

it was definitely spawned from the manga/anime. Eren and I think Armin too have called him horse-faced at least twice 'cause his face is longer than almost every other character's, and definitely longer than Eren's whom he's had to pose as twice now
