[Plot - ORP] Party in Laisidhiel!! (Fauns only!)

((*This is taking place at the same time as the Venus Engagement Party thing. If your Faun/Fauny is attending the Venus Party, then they won't be around for this mayhem. Mk?! Mk. Every other Faun/Fauny is encouraged to attend though! kthx!!
Also - I had asked Dia and Teig if Pinkie could do this at some point. I just hadn't told them when. ^^;; Surprise?! XD*))









Pinkie pranced down towards the main doorway of Laisidhiel. Her blue eyes darting this way and that. Each time her gaze fell upon a party enhancer in its rightful place and ready to go, her grin would broaden. This was going to be... the most...! Spectacular day EVER!!

She gathered a giddy little bounce in her step as she neared the doors themselves, pausing at an alarming halt to a poster placed upon the wall.

ALL FAUN OF LAISIDHIEL ARE FORBIDDEN TO ATTEND ANY DEITY PARTIES THIS YEAR! A STRICT CURFEW WILL BE IN PLACE AND ANY TRYING TO SNEAK IN AFTERWARDS WILL BE PUNISHED!

Pinkie frowned, a look of determination falling strictly over her features. She'd seen this poster a few times now. All the more reason for this day to be even more awesome.

"PFFT!!!" The loud raspberry sounded and alerted the door guards. "Forbidden to attend a Party?!" she exclaimed as she darted to one of them and leaned on their shoulder. "I think NOT!!" she practically shouted into their ear.

With a giggle and a bound she began to clop her hooves about in a chipper little beat.

C'mon!
What do you say?
On this great Holiday!
Just grab a heart and jump on in!

That's right... She's singing, folks... Every so often, she would grab a random Faun and twirl them about as she sang loud and proud, her voice echoing into the tree for all to hear.

"C'mon!
I can't wait to see
All the cool new ways to be
Partying on with my new friends!

"This land is new
And inspiring to me!
So c'mon everypony!
Let's Party!!

"C'mon!
What do you say?!
It's Hearts and Hooves Day!
Don't let a silly rule get you down!

"C'mon!
I can't wait to see
How this great party
Will turn those sad frowns upside-down!

"Just grab up your friends
Or someone that you know!
Give them a great big hug!
Or dance with them just to show how much you really really care for them because that's what Hearts and Hooves day is all about, am I right?!

"Oh! Right!"

A resounding boom shuddered through the hollowed Faun dwellings as her Party Cannon set off from a tap of her finger. Confetti and streamers made by leaves, paper and fabric showered into the center of the main area of Laisidhiel.

"C'mon!
What do you say?
On this great Holiday!
Just grab a heart and jump on in!

"C'mon!
I can't wait to see
All the cool new ways to be
Partying on with my new friends!

"C'mon!

Grab a hand!
Dance a jig!
Cut a Rug!
Just jump in!

"And Juuuuust Haaaaave Fuuuuuuuuun!"

"YEAH!"

Two more loud bangs sounded through the tree as a few Faun seemed to have joined in the fun of dancing and singing with Pinkie. Confetti and streamers falling all around them.

Oh Yeah!! This was shaping up to be a marvelous party indeed!

With all the commotion, there was no way Everfree could ignore it. From his room, he couldn't hear the words clearly, but the volume was persistent. Finally, the stallion exited his little place of peace in the tree to see the chaos. The main area was littered with just about everything possible. On top of that, the pinkest pony he had ever seen was jumping around and singing!

Furring his brow, the green alicorn just had to check it out. Traditions changed since he was young and around, of that he was certain so what this was about was beyound him. Unable to simply stay away, he took the quick way to the center. Flying with more ease now, he landed among the littered ground of the main hall.

The wing beats at least cleared the small area around his hooves. "Ms?" He asked towards the excited fauness, clearly one from his world if the cutie mark was any indication, "What is going on here?"

Sorry for the short post. ^^;;

Pinkie nearly went into a gigglefit at the Stallion's inquery.

"Oh my gosh! This is a party, silly!! And Yoouu'rree Invited!" She exclaimed and proceeded to shove him in to the center of the main section of the tree. "In fact! EVERYPONY IS INVITED!"

She gigglesnorted and grabbed his hips from behind, gave them a bit of a jiggle from side to side to get him started with the dancing. "So get out there and Shaker Yer GROOVE Thang!!"

"Whats the occasion?" He managed to ask before being shoved into the middle of the tree. It took a few wing flaps and a wobble here or there to keep from falling over. This mare caught him completely off guard. Of course, he had no idea to the extent until she grabbed him and gave his poor body a shake.

The stallion nearly froze in place having no idea how to take the bright mare. Awkwardly he moved a hoof forward, met with his other hoof then moved that one back. The back hoof then came forward to the original position and the dance started again.

The stallion had very little idea what in the world he was doing, but she clearly wanted him to dance and since he was here, he had to do something. Everfree's ears drooped but he tired to humor her by doing as she expected. Probably not as lively but then, even on his most sugar fueled day, he didn't expect he could be as lively as she was.

BOOM! "What the-?!" As his little niche visibly shook from an explosion of sound, the green faun scrambled off his bed and onto his feet. Who would be making such a racket? Was the tree under attack?! At that thought he grabbed his hunting knife and took off full speed. It was his unspoken duty to protect everyone and everything that resided in the Tree, and he'd be cursed if he let anything happen on his watch. As he raced down the hallways, he ended up bursting into the main area, knife brandished in front of him.

Was it an attack? Were there hurt pae? Did anyone need help?

No. It was...pink. Pure pink. The males jaw slowly fell with his knife as he gawked. "Wha...huh?" He hadn't heard anything about a party - except the one all fauns were told NOT to attend which were outside of the Tree. "What is going on here?" He thought aloud, silver eyes falling on the only two pae there at the time dancing. Was this all for some elaborate date?  

[Daisicle]

Celestia had been sitting in her alcove this Valentine's Day in the company of a single pae dear to her. The injuries were still finishing healing, but they looked far better than they had originally. Perhaps that was due to this single pae's efforts. A cup of tea was in her hand as the continued conversing, until a large amount of sound and a tell-tale voice split through the air.

"Oh Pinkie..."

Setting her cup down and moving to look out the door, the princess's suspicions were confirmed. Laughing lightly, she looked over to Faroth and motioned for him to come over. "In Equestria, we called today 'Hearts and Hooves Day,' rather than the Valentine's Day of this land." She reached for his hand, giving him a smile as she began to pull him to come with her. "It is a great celebration for all of the fauny, so I must attend." A pause. "And you must join me."

Faroth glanced up, eyes following her movement to the door even as he puzzled over the commotion he heard outside. Pinkie? Ah wait, he thought he remembered that one...

Smiling, he rose in response to her invitation and joined Celestia at her side in the doorway. He peered over her shoulder at the unfolding festivities as she explained. He'd never given much thought to this time of year before; suppose that made sense though, when he hadn't exactly had anyone to share it with, nor been really looking. Content just to watch from here, he started to reach to rest his hand on her hip when she caught it instead and started to pull him out the door.

Mildly surprised, he hesitated a moment and his eyes widened. He'd planted himself firmly, so he didn't move far before resisting. "You're...sure?" It wasn't as if he minded exactly. It was just...as close as they'd become in the past weeks, Celestia had seemed to remain reluctant to be very public with their relationship. It wasn't something he wanted to push, if it was that important to her, though on some level, he'd entertained the passing thought that perhaps she was ashamed of it. Of him. Or was that just the self-doubt creeping in again?

But, if she wanted to attend a social function...one that focused on lovers, if he wasn't mistaken...and she wanted to do so publicly with him...?

Continuing, he pulled her back gently by the hand, lifting it for a chaste kiss. "If that's what the princess desires, then it would be my pleasure." Smiling, he placed her hand on his arm, stepping forward to escort her downstairs.

The princess turned around, stopping, as she felt resistance from her advances. Her head tilted, curious and mildly upset that he questioned her intentions. Was he embarrassed from the attention he might warrant from the fauny by being with her? Thinking about it... they really had never made it publicly known that they were together. It wasn't as if she had meant to hide it, but rather that she wasn't one for public displays of affection and an appropriate time kept eluding itself from her.

Well, now could be as proper a time as any, right?

Nodding, she tugged on his hand again. "Yes, I am quite sure." Her cheeks flushed lightly when he pulled her hand to his lips, her eyes averting. No matter how close they became, she'd probably always become a little flustered with such things.

A smile spread on her face and she nodded, curtsying to him. "It had better be your pleasure; this princess wishes for the escort of no other." She giggled; it was always fun to joke with him like that.

Turning hoof, she let him lead themselves down to the unfolding festivities.

Still attempting something resembling a dance, Everfree had just happened to turn around when he spotted a lighter green faun. That was when he paused, one hoof hanging in the air as his arms stopped in mid motion. Not he felt silly. All he could do was weakly wave towards the unknown stallion. This was one of the first nonfauny he had met, still seemed odd to see another without a cutie mark.

That was fine though, at least if there were more around he wouldn't feel as out of place. Then, he caught sight of her. Celestia came into view and his heart sank. Straightening his posture, he stopped all attempts to dance and quickly attempted to regain his composure. The stallion really, really hoped nofauny else saw him besides Pinkie. Now, now he was really embarrassed. All he needed was for Twilight to have seen him and he'd be completely shamed. That thought had him look around briefly before he started to approach Celestia and her escort.

Luna remembered him, would she?

As the princess and Faroth neared Pinkie and the growing crowd, she tiled her head as she noticed the green alicorn before her. Strange, had there been others than her sisters and family...?

Ah, yes! there were a few other in the land, princes and princesses from distant kingdoms. This one... He was faintly familiar, but it had been far ago... What was his name again? Ever....tree? ...breeze? free...! That's right, he was prince Everfree, and the two of them were acquainted, though, she did not recall him having joined their own voyage. Had he come on his own? She bowed her head in a nod as she came to a stop before him. "Everfree, was it not? It is a pleasure to be meeting you here."

"Forgive me for not speaking with you sooner; I was not aware you had joined us in our journey from Equestria." A pause as she looked over to Pinkie, waving, before looking back to him, "It appears that you are enjoying this year's Hearts and Hooves Day." A nod. "That is good." To Pinkie, "As always, you have prepared a wondrous party for all, Pinkie Pie. May it lift the hearts of those who were unable to leave for this land's usual festivities."

Though she didn't particularly understand why they would ever want to go to one of Venus's parties.

Looking to the pae beside her, she again began speaking. "Might I introduce the two of you?" She motioned to the alicorn. "This is Prince Everfree, an acquaintance of mine from Equestria." Then to Faroth. "And this is Faroth, my..." she seemed to falter as her cheeks grew rosy and her eyes averted, but it was only a moment before she was back to her princess self.

"...my special somepony."

His heart seemed to stop when she did, his breath held as he searched her for any sign she remembered him. As she said his name, he was finally able to breathe. Her apologies were unnecessary, it had been he unable to find her. Still, he waited until she seemed done speaking, taking in that she too had found a special somepony. It warmed him more than anything, that his Princesses had found the someponies that seemed to make them happy. It had always been a worry to him, that they would always been alone with just each other.

He was there of course, back in Equestria, and they had a niece he was vaguely familiar with, but that was different.

Hearts and Hooves day? That was today? For a brief moment, he panicked a little bit. He'd forgotten the occasion, all those centuries in his forest alone. he had no special somepony himself, but he did care a lot for Twilight Sparkle. It seemed rude he had not thought to bring her anything. What was the custom in her time?

Taking the chance then, he does a bow of respect towards Celestia. Bending one leg back he lowered a knee and placed his left fist to his right shoulder with the arm against his body. His head lowered, brown hair blanketing closed brown eyes, and his wings flared. "I only just arrived at the tree a few moons ago, Princess Celestia." Standing up, he smiled to her with great warmth as he tucked his wings back, "I have been trying to find you to see if you are well. Much like your dear sister it appears this land has also brought you happiness, for that I am most grateful." He have a nod and a smile also to Faroth.

Knowing nothing about the male, he was naturally inclined to be protective over his much revered Princess. On the other hoof, much the same was with Princess Luna, he respected the Princess' judgement on the matter of her own heart.

Pinkie Pie gigglesnorted and hip bumped Prince Everfree. "It's Hearts and Hooves Day! DUH!" she offered with a dancing shrug before her eyes found a Faun looking at them. "OOH! Someone new! Keep Dancing!"

In a flash, she darted over Kaiden and snatched up his hand. "It's a Party! That's what's going on! C'mon!!" She unceremoniously tugged him out onto the floor. "If you guys can't go to a party, I figured I'd just make one of my super duper fun parties for you all to enjoy here!! So shake what yo momma gave yah!!"

She giggled, then noticed that Everfree had stopped dancing. Blinking, she turned her gaze to his, then followed that to... Princess Celestia?! Oh! HECK YEAH!! NOW it was a party!

"PRINCESS CELESTIA!!!!" she shouted, arms flailing in a wave back. "GLAD YOU COULD MAKE IT!!!" she gigglesnorted and gave an additional flail-wave to her very special somepony. That was her special somepony, right?! She hoped so! The Princess shouldn't be lonely on Hearts and Hooves day! She blinked a moment as Everfree went over to greet them and shrugged, taking this moment to look around at all the others that had wandered down in the commotion.

Her eyes then lit up!

Big Mac entered - technically on time - but he chuckled and assumed that Pinkie couldn't contain her excitement and started the fiesta a few minutes early. Little Diamond Jubilee sat upon his shoulders.

"Heya, Pinkie. Here's tha cider yeh asked for." he offered, patting one of the two kegs he brought inside. "There's three more in tha cart outside if'n we need them." He offered.

DJ's little blue eyes darted this way and that. So this is what a party was? Interesting... He made a mild sound of protest as Big Mac plucked him up and sat him upon one of the kegs.

"AH! Hey Little Guy!!" Pinkie nearly squeeled. "He looks just like you and Rarity, Big Mac!" With another joyous giggle, Pinkie picked him up and placed him on her shoulders. "C'mon, kiddo! You can dance with me, ok?!"

DJ didn't seem to have much choice. He was taken against his will!! He turned, starting to make grabby hands towards his Daddy, but the intrigue of dancing...? Hmm. Could this be fun? There was only one way to find out... He'd have to stick through this with this... wild... pink... person...... thing. Apparently, his Daddy didn't seem to mind. He must know this crazy lady.

At least there was one bonus to "dancing" with Pinkie... Her hair smelled of candy! He gave a faint - and slightly unsure - giggle and held onto her mane as she pranced them back to the dance floor.

Rarity wandered in with Big Mac, having missed a good Pinkie party. A smile was wide on her face and she laughed, watching as her wild pink friend seemed to bounce all over the place before taking little DJ off for a good dance. "Ahh just like old times, wouldn't you agree?" Rarity cooed, leaning over to wrap one arm around Big Mac's arm, Lil Red nestled in her other. "Well.. almost like old times." she smiled softly.








Lil Red glanced around, tucked safe into his mama's arms. He peered around at all the loudness and singing and.. dancing? Why did DJ get to go dance? Making a blurb noise of protest, he wiggled his little arms up at his daddy and attempted squirmed over to him.

Chevy walked into the party, a serious frown on his face as he glanced around. He had been told he needed to loosen up and have fun. He was too serious, to adult like or something. He still didn't fully believe this himself. But the nagging thoughts were ever present on his mind, and so here he was.... except this time he drug his brother along for back up. Glancing over at GG, he let out a soft sigh. How did his brother act in such situations? "So... this is a party?"

Lotus walked in, having heard about an infamous Pinkie party. How could she resist? Her and her sister had been working since they got to their new home, trying to rebuild their business. A day to just let go and relax was just too good to be true, so she drug her sister out to the party. Not that Aloe needed much tugging anyways. "A party! Iz laik home, no?" she said wistfully, clinging to her sisters arm.
