One of my fears is hurting people's feelings and making them hate me. But, by not wanting people to hate me, that also makes me fear that I'm self-important: annoying, fake, pretentious. In short, in my mind, I can be very mean to myself and wind up hurting my feelings. But saying how I feel, just makes me angry at myself for expressing something that would make people pity me or make me come across as someone who wallows in her own pity. It's a viscous cycle. I value my life and would never ever take it, but I really hate myself sometimes for a lot of things...

Also because sometimes I do or say something insensitive that hurts somebody's feelings and then I realize, which starts the process over again in my mind.
