We're getting ready to buy a house

We got pre-approved for a loan and our realtor just sent us some houses in our price range. I FEEL LIKE SUCH AN ADULT.

That's awesome, and exciting, and horrifying, tbh. Idk the thought of BUYING a house just makes me anxious. So much to consider, and such an investment, especially if you end up NOT wanting to stay there. Ahhhhh I get stressed just thinking about it

We've been moving like once a year because we've been living in apartments/dorms and it sucks. Both of us are ready to just park it in one place, lol.

I feel the same way, with added anxiousness. On the other hand I LOVE seeing people buy houses, fall in love with it, and turn it into a home.

On Saturday we found a house that we liked and was well within our price range. We decided to go back and see it last night (and then make an offer on it), but we also wanted to see another house in the neighborhood. So we saw the other house and even though it's more expensive, it is completely brand new. So we're going to make an offer, and possibly move in April.
