Subforum Rules
Besides the guild rules and Gaia's TOS, there are some additional rules that will be closely moderated in this subforum. Read them carefully and make sure you do not overstep these boundaries. Remember, rules are not created to restrict you, but to increase the degree of fun and pleasure for everyone.

► No characters should be over-powered (OP). This will be regarded as arrogance and you will be reported and given a warning. Neither is your character immune to infections, poisons and such.
► No characters should have more than two professions.
► No characters should have more than one power.
► No characters should have mythical creature masks - they do not exist in this realm.
► Thou shalt not kill another character without their consent, and that of a moderator.
► This is a semi-literate to elite Role Play. Any player whose posts are not up to par, will receive a warning. The only exception of this rule is in the case of active RPs.
► Do not take on more than 3 main characters.
► Everything in this subforum is the intellectual property of A. Roux, with the help of G. L. Chandler and E. Andersen. Every character is copy righted by their owners. You have no right to "borrow" any elements of this subforum. Failure to meet this will result in banishment from the guild and legal action.
► To make sure you've read the rules, start your RPs as you would in the Main RP. "Terriotry - Name of Character, # Appearance"

Punishments:
If you've been given three warnings, you will appear on trial where every other member of this subforum will assess the situation and either defend you, or accuse you. This trial will be public and, with every wrong doing, you risk humiliation. A thread for these trials will be constructed once it is necessary.

Notes:
These rules are subject to change (only by me), so keep an eye out for any additions.

Kingdom Laws
All of these are punishable by death or the removal of some ligament. They apply to all of the tribes as well, but are more strictly followed and enforced in Imperial territory.

► Do not steal.
► Do not murder.
► Do not commit perjury.
► Do not trespass.
► Do not kidnap.
► Do not rape. (This is a guild rule. You will be banned and reported as a member of Gaia.)
► Do not preach heresy. (Tribes and clans outside the cities are more lenient.)
► It is your duty to assist the King; do not defy his orders/summons.
► Every male citizen will spend 2 years in military service or in service of the King at the age of 18 or 20. Villages will be visited once a year to collect candidates. Those who refuse to cooperate will be punished for defying the law.
► Do not steal, trade or harm another individual's mask.
► Anyone assisting a criminal will be prosecuted, arrested and interrogated and might be subject to torture if resistance persists.
► Necromancy, cloning and the artificial creation of life is taboo and is punishable by death.

Tribal Laws
Every tribe has its own set of laws that are grounded in moral teachings.

Faerang:
► Bring the issue of injustice to the Alphas or the Priest. If this is impossible, fight it out among yourselves.
► It is considered cowardly to refuse a duel. Surrender will be taken as an apology.
► Do not harm another individual's chances of survival.
► Do not severe another individual's honour without good reason.
► Do not, under any circumstances, take or harm another individual's mask.
► No cannibalism is allowed.
► Only pick an opponent equal to your abilities unless it is for a moral cause. Do not fight with children or pregnant women.
► Respect and honour your husbands, wives and elders.
► Value disputes will probably result in violence. However, practice restraint when dealing with foreigners and authority.
► Try not to kill each other.

Th'ardrod:
► Do not wrong nor harm others, unless out of self defense.
► Guard against emotions. Reason is what sets us apart from the foolish and non-virtuous.
► Do not result to violence unless reason and negotiation were inadequate.
► Do not take matters of injustice into your own hands. Present these issues to figures of authority (elders, priests, guards/protectors/hunters).
► Fulfill your duty which is to study and take on apprenticeship.
► Respect your elders and those placed above you in status, rank, age or (above all) reason and logic.
► Reading from the books of forbidden knowledge is an ancient right of the Elders, anyone else doing so will receive severe punishment.

As'arden
► Treat each individual that crosses your path with cordiality and respect, and leave everything and every soul better than it was when you first found it.
► Do not result to violence. Address the issue of anger in yourself, first, investigate the matter of injustice rationally and restore harmony within before making decisions that might alter the fate of another being.
► Harm not others and thou shalt not be harmed.
► Everything lives. Respect all living things as you would expect to be respected.
► Take the lessons learned from Nature and implement them in your lives. Without Her, we shall not flourish, but in the grasp of our instinctual, thoughtless natures, we shall regress.
► Consult the High Priestess for guidance. No matter is too small nor too great. Those that seek help will always find it.
