Like again, even in the comics they don't really show her to be all built or anything.
She just punches way hard because of reasons.

Was it the gauntlets that did that? Or did she already have super human strength and they just amplified it?
Oh and they can also deflect bullets and such.
I remember she had a whip that would force people to tell the truth.
