Your job as a collector:
You are meant to attain loot from zOMG! and turn them in to MasutaKokoBot as a Donation (Follow the Collector's Guide)

How you will be paid:
You won't be "paid." That would break the Terms of Service on Gaia.

All funds raised by the guild are to be used as directed by MasutaKokoBot, but will mostly be used for purchasing items and dream avatars for members who post their avatars in a forum waiting line.

Summary:
Members will collect items and loot from zomg (refer to Collector's Guide), then send them in Trade Requests to MasutaKokoBot.
MasutaKokoBot will sell the loot to customers.
