Excited for some quality gnome-and-pet bonding time, the gnome grabbed the green acceptance inkpad and stamp. The stamp was then tied to their pet rock before it was lightly pressed against the inkpad before being slammed against the club application form.

The Amityville Minipet Hangout is a group of like-minded minipet lovers and owners who just want to hang out and talk about minipets.
They can share stories about their minipets, or just hang out and have their minis socialize with other people and their minis.
It is a safe and friendly environment open to any individuals who own or are thinking of getting minis of their own.
The Amityville Minipet Hangout will also occasionally host events, such as adoptions and minipet play days, so keep an eye out for upcoming events!

• No fighting, this is a place free from physical violence!

• No using the club emblem if you are not an official member of the club.

• Please do not discourage other boils or ghouls from entering mini contest!

• Adoption Events

Basically this will be the club holding an adoption of minis in the club room, outsiders will be welcome and adoptions will be limited to one adoption per event, per person. If your character would like to donate an unwanted pet to the adoption center please contact one of the captains to do so!

Basically like a human dog show if you've heard of those! This will be an event to put your minis to the test and earn some super cool rewards for them and all your hard work!


Medals ( we will be incorporating a lot of these as IC prizes! Medals are based off of three mini pet designs - SO if you have any favorite three minis feel free to post them in the IT club idea for future possible medal usage! Please no SE's ! )

• MiniPet Playdates!

Pretty much what happens everyday in the minipets club, only special days will also be held for things like minipet playdate picinis and ect!

Training by our wonderful co-captain will be provided for those more pesky minis, or for those just wanting to learn tricks!

Darren believes that any Minipet can be trained. It may not be as easy for some, but with effort, and time, any pet can be taught to listen and respond to commands.

Please use the following form for all of Darren’s training classes! Make sure you keep track of your pet’s loyalty level from any prior classes you’ve attended!

Your pet’s initial loyalty level is determined by a couple factors. Pet Rarity and their personality.

Pet Rarity: How rare is your pet? Is it common, uncommon? The almost impossible to procure Rare Elite? How rare your Minipet is influences how much of a diva it can be.

Pet Rarity

• Common: Common pets can be pretty mellow, they’re more likely than most to listen to you. Some can be extremely finicky, but for the most part they are more than happy to listen and obey commands. +5 to initial loyalty.
  
• Uncommon: Uncommon pets are a little bit more picky about who they listen to, but they’re still pretty mellow. + 0 to initial loyalty.
  
• Rare: Rare pets are a bit more toward being divas. Their rarity tends to make them a bit more unique, and thus harder to train. – 5 to initial loyalty.
  
• Rare Elite: Most of them are straight up divas. They’re picky and can be horribly spoiled just because they are 1:1,000,000. -10 to initial loyalty.
  
• Special Edition: Special Edition pets are special. They might be rare, but most just want to be loved and love their owners. + 10 to initial loyalty.

Pet Personality: Most pets have personalities all their own. In the list below, pick the word that most resembles your pet’s personality. If it’s not a perfect match – don’t worry. We’re looking for closest fit.

Pet Personality

• Active: Your mini bounces off the walls, ceiling and floor. They are a ball of energy that constantly run around and never stops – unless it’s sleeping. +5 to your initial loyalty roll.
  
• Bratty: Your mini is a brat. It doesn’t come when you call, it tears up your room when it’s mad. It plays tricks on others. -5 to your initial loyalty roll.
  
• Cunning: Your mini is too smart for its own good. It knows where you hide the treats and how to get to them. It knows how to open your door room door and get out. +5 to your initial loyalty roll.
  
• Diva: Your mini thinks it’s the center of the of the universe. It turns its nose up at everything except what it wants and it better be perfectly right or it throws a tantrum. -10 to your initial loyalty roll.
  
• Docile: Your mini is pretty quiet and mellow. It likes to rest and generally doesn’t make too much of a fuss. +10 to your initial loyalty roll.
  
• Friendly: Your mini likes to make friends with other people/minis. It isn’t afraid to be social and likes to meet new people. + 5 to your initial loyalty roll.
  
• Jealous: Your mini does not like you to be around other people/minis. It tries to hog all your time and attention for itself. + 5 to your initial loyalty roll.

Roll a 1d100 and add the modifiers for your pet’s rarity and personality. If you made 50 or more, congratulations, your pet is at loyalty level 1. If you got less than 50, then your pet is at loyalty level 0 still (but save your roll, you only need to get to 100 in order to progress to loyalty level 1). There are six levels of loyalty in total.

Pet Loyalty

• Level 0: This is where all pets start out. They’re not quite sure what to think of training – so they might be skittish to act on their owners commands. No bonus to obedience rolls.
  
• Level 1: At loyalty level 1, pets are starting to understand that listening to their owner has a reward associated with it. +5 to obedience rolls. (Requires 100 obedience points)
  
• Level 2: At loyalty level 2, pets are getting the hang of their basic tricks and are starting to learn the steps to more complicated commands. + 10 to obedience rolls. (Requires 1000 obedience points)
  
• Level 3: At loyalty level 3, pets have mastered basic tricks and are now ready to start focusing completely on advanced tricks. + 15 to obedience rolls. (Requires 2000 obedience points)
  
• Level 4: At loyalty level 4, pets are getting the hang of their more advanced tricks and can do basic tricks with ease. + 20 to obedience rolls. (Requires 3000 obedience points)
  
• Level 5: At loyalty level 5, pets have mastered their most advanced tricks and don’t balk at all if they are called to perform on command. Owners no longer need to roll obedience rolls for trick success unless their pet is learning a new trick. +25 to obedience rolls for learning new tricks.(Requires 4000 obedience points)

Obedience and Tricks

Darren will usually hold a class one every couple of weeks or so open to all club members interested in teaching their minipets tricks or just overall obedience. Anyone who is a member of the class can attend and they are mostly self-paced. Usually starting with a demonstration of the trick by Darren and his Nantang, Fang. Depending on the complexity of the trick, there will be a number of obedience points associated with it. This is the point total your obedience rolls must add up to in order to learn the trick. You must hit this number 3 times in order to learn the trick. It doesn’t matter how many times you fail. Also remember to add up the total of your success rolls to go toward your pet’s pet loyalty pool.

Example

Darren is teaching Fang to sit. Fang is at pet Loyalty level 1. In order to learn the trick, Fang has to get an obedience score of 15 or more. Darren gets a 6, 17, 12, 15, 7 and 19. Fang learns to sit, and Darren adds 17, 15 and 19 toward Fang’s pet loyalty level for a total of 51.

To learn a new trick, roll a 1d20 (unless another directed) and add your loyalty level modifier. You will also use this roll to perform the trick on command once the pet has learned it.
