Jasmine sat quietly in the garden of her mother's home. All around her flowers were beginning to prepare themselves for a winter's sleep. She gazed about, taking in the scenery before looking back down at her little mat. On it was her normal tea pot and cups but something new had been added. Her father had given her a full tea ceremony set. She gazed at the designs on the cups, sakura flowers on a branch. It was a sign of spring though fall was beginning to creep in around her.

Closing her eyes she gathered her thoughts. Slowly she began to ceremony, as she had been all afternoon for the last week. So far she had been unable to properly complete it, dropping the bowl almost or not putting in enough tea. She sighed, frustrated with herself. How was she ever going to do this right when she was so young?

No! No this was her calling. Every time she shopped for new ingredients or tasted a new blend of tea her heart soared with happiness. She brought that feeling into her heart as she went through the motions. Slowly wiping down the bowl and scoop before beginning the ceremony. Instead of concentrating on doing everything just right, Jasmine focused on the feeling tea making gave her in her heart.

Her magic wove it's way through the ceremony and suddenly she was done. Her eyes shot open in surprise as she finished the ceremony perfectly. She sat there for a few moments, amazed after all her practice and tries she finally done it all the way through without a mistake. A warm feeling blossomed in her heart like a cherry blossom on the first day of spring. She knew she was meant to do this. She would have a lovely tea house where people could enjoy each other's company and her tea.
