Delphyne was a frequent inhabitant of the little shop. She earned the title 'inhabitant' instead of customer because she could have lived there, if she wasn't at the dorms. The undead python lazily sauntered through the shop, and unsurprisingly seemed to take a good whiff of everything she could get her cold hands on. She unscrewed the lid of a candle and testily sniffed the wax, and seemed to promptly decide that it wasn't good enough. Delphyne put the candle back on the shelf and meandered over to the next item to inspect it. Wait, did she just... lick it?
Yes she did.
She glanced over her shoulder, as if to make sure no one was keeping too close an eye on her. She was going to get the candle anyways! It tasted pretty good so had to smell just as good. Her dorm room couldn't be filled with just one scent, after all. There were a variety of smells that could mingle together in perfect harmony, and just smothered the more unpleasant odors in her room. She grabbed a handful of incense sticks, and gradually, without a care in the world, seemed to be grabbing nearly anything and everything that caught her attention.
At first she didn't notice Andrew, and really it was a few minutes before the sight of his flames caught her eye. Normally fire was something other undeads would be hesitant over, but Delphyne could be considered stupid enough not to care. She had plenty of candles lit in her dorm, and as long as she didn't touch fire, everything was a-okay in her book.
"That one," her voice, soft and raspy drifted over his shoulder as she reached over him to point at a candle. "Mildew. Very nice." Delphyne was never very elaborate with her speech. Words seemed to drift away from her easily, and at times it could become difficult to understand her. Half the time she would intend to say something that came out completely different when voiced.
Either she proved single-handedly that all undead were stupid, or all the drugs had finally gotten to her head.

Delphyne's eyes slid to look at the arm that the other student had been startled into, as if astonished that he could be so jumpy. It was also possible that she could be looking for injuries, it was rather hard to tell with the python. She was not a particularly straightforward individual, and she could look as if she was thinking one thing while she was really thinking of something else, or even talking about something else. It proved to make conversations with her... both interesting and frustrating.
The apology that Andrew was expecting did not come. Instead, Delphyne carefully stepped to the side and away from the flaming tail. That appendage was of some mild concern to her, since she really didn't want to get her robes ruined. The Circle of Oracles she came from didn't exactly spend all day weaving new outfits, and well, Delphyne certainly didn't try it out for herself. "You want that one, do you not?" she was pointing at a completely different object than Andrew had been inspecting. It was clear that she was guessing on what he wanted, because anyone with two eyes or more could have been able to see what Andrew had been looking at.
Maybe one of these days she would be right, but it definitely wouldn't be any day soon. "If you do not want it I will take it. Helps with visions." She paused for a few seconds, as if waiting for him to snatch the item. In reality, she didn't give him nearly enough time to decide if he wanted what she had gestured to before she snatched it up for herself with a pleased smile.

"Lavender? No good," Delphyne replied critically. She didn't doubt lavender's effect on the body, but who would want to get sleepy? One couldn't read the future if they spent their time sleeping through it. Since Delphyne didn't like lavender, she certainly wasn't going to tell Andrew where to find it. It was likely she couldn't remember herself where it was. When she came across it, she would know what it was. But, she was hardly interested in lavender to begin with! It was... so, so boring.
"This." She gestured to a very dark candlewax, and then grabbed it herself to put into Andrew's hand. Delphyne didn't bother to elaborate on what it was, she just expected him to know. It'd give him some sort of benefit, though likely not what he was actually looking for. It was fairly clear that trusting anything that Delphyne gave you was first and foremost a mistake, and also fairly stupid.
The fact that he had no interest in visions, predictions, and the future, didn't seem to phase Delphyne all that much either. She had a certain amount of faith in the art she was trained in, it certainly did not mean that other's did as well. But really, it was very dull not to at least want to know what waited for someone in the future. "You don't want to know your future?" She glanced curiously up towards one of the shelves. "Knowing your future could help you from getting dismembered... or something."

Future? Why would he, what was she, “Are you high?” There was no way he could see the future. He was a flame demon, not … whatever people who saw the future where. He was smart, in that he could see what was likely to happen next as well as the next creep but, still.
“I mean really, no one can actually see the future, just seeing it changes it.” He rolled his eyes and sighed. This ghoul was apparently in the land of stupid. “Look I’m just looking for lavender it’s been a rough week and I want to actually sleep tonight. What even is this?” he glanced at the candle she shoved into his hand, skeptical. She didn’t seem like a shop keeper, why was she handing him stuff he clearly didn’t want? Jack be damned if he was going to buy anything that he didn’t know exactly what it was.
