Still no serious candidates since only one person has filled out an application (and then cancelled due to the partner moving to AZ in a week) and multiple viewings were set and then cancelled.
No worries, more appointments are being set for viewings. Hopefully responsible, non-flake folks.

Still no damn roommate! scream I get to pay the cost of the empty room. It's the 12th of the month and I still haven't paid because I just don't have the extra money. Bah.
Oh man. I might have a new roommate. Waiting to call him back tonight to say he was approved and hopefully set up a hangout night to sign the contract.
I'm not allowed to help conduct roommate approval anymore. "I don't take it seriously," they say. You see people's true colors making offhand comments about a love of the movies like "Romper Stomper" or the Guinea Pig series, and sharing my deep appreciation of various bands like Skrewdriver and Brokencyde. First they're curious but and after 20 seconds they're scared shitless/joyed beyond human comprehension. You've never seen love in someone's face until one gorehound finds another.
I'd offer you a cup of diet root beer for a small party, but this is my last 2-liter and I'm not sure when they're going on sale again.
They're always male, by the way, and they're always too happy to talk about their rape fantasies.
