 Sweet Stripes hovered above the sidewalk, humming a bit as he wandered. His big sister was working on a potion for a "Mr. Wizard" which made her a bit grumpy. So he decided to travel around and wonder......and hum a bit while thinking about candy.

C.C. hummed happily to herself as she trotted down the street to her little office, a basket hanging off her flank instead of a saddle bag. It had just a few flowers left from that day's delivery rounds. She was about to unlock her small office space when she spotted the little flutter. "My, what a cute little thing you are." She giggled softly. "Are you lost?"

Sweet Stripes's eyes got huge as he turned to faced who was talking to him. It. was. SHE. The One he heard Obi said she would be a good friend to meet. But he distracted his big sister with new potion books and it worked. He could only squeak and tumble into a nearby flower pot after he lost his sense of flight. Sweet Stripes was not comfortable talking, he would either hide behind Obi or stutter very badly. He flew out of the flower pot with some violet petals attached to his mane. "....H-h-h-hi....."

"Oh my...!" Her eyes widen in surprise as she let out her own squeak. Stepping closer, she frowned, she hadn't meant to scare the little foal. "I am sorry..Are you alright, darling?" CC gently reached up to brush off some of the petals. "I know how delicate flutters can be, I would hate myself if you got hurt because of me."

"I-I-I'm fine....t-t-the flowers didn't hurt me. M-m-my big sis says congrats.....S-she has a odd look when she talks about new babies." Sweet Stripes could barely get out the words, he was struggling to keep his stutter down.

The mare looked confuse for a moment before chuckling. "Ah, the babbies. Tell your big sis thank you for me then." She unlocked the door, flipping the sign. "Who is your big sister, anyways? You keep mentioning her."
Stepping inside, she waved him to come in. "Come in, I have some lemonade here....somewhere..." She murmured distractedly.

"M-m-my big sis's name is Obi, s-she is the best! S-she made bubbles that held bits of song once. T-thank you, never had lemonade. Big sis like to have plain water, it is confusing what are drinks and potions in the shop." Sweet Stripes followed her, feeling most of his anxiety and shyness go away when he talked about his sister. But he could feel his shyness creeping back up.

CC paused for a moment as she got a few glasses out and pitcher of lemonade. "Ah yes, I believe I heard of her a few times. I imagine having drinks and potions around would be a hazard."
She handed him a glass of the drink. "And may I know your name, sweetiepie?"

"M-m-my name is Sweet Stripes! Wow this drink is sweet..." Sweet Stripes nodded his thanks and drinks some more of the sweet lemonade. His sis warned him not to drink a lot of sweet drinks because of the incident with the grape soda.

"Cute" She smiled and nodded. "I like my lemonade pretty sweet, it helps keep me perked up. So, how are you? Were you shopping around or just wondering around?" She smiled as she turned to her desk, taking out a few papers for tomorrow's deliveries. It was nice having someone to talk to while making up the next day's delivery route.

"W-wandering around while Sis worked on a potion....She doesn't want me around when the more explosive potions are being made. W-what do you do here?" Sweet Stripes then realized a grave mistake he made. He forgot to ask what her name is! He couldn't believe he forgot that.

"Hmmm?" CC smiled gently as she shuffled throught the papers. "Oh, well, I do many things. I deliver flowers for the flower shop next door, cause, well it's run by my father and it's really fun."
"And I am also a kiss-o-gram girl, so this is where I take jobs for that. See?" She pointed to several racks of costumes. "I get to wear all of those and go to phonie's house to give them a big lovely kiss!"

Sweets Stripes took another sip of his drink, looking over at all of the costumes. He could see that there were all sorts of different types of costumes there on the racks. "W-woah, all those must fun to wear! Do you have a favorite?"

Giving a gentle smile, she nodded. "Oh, it would depend the situation. I have some many favorites for some many reasons." She laughed and took out a headband with a big feather on top, plopping on Sweet Stripes' head. "When you love to do something, everything about it can be a favorite, even the icky parts you don't care for, so long as you look hard enough for a reason."

Sweet Stripes stared at the big pink feather that drooped over his face. He tried to imagine going to a home and singing in a costume like this. Few seconds later after staring at the feather, he started to giggle. He tried to stop, but the thought of his big sister dressing up in a feathery costume got him into nonstop giggles.
