The flower in question had sprouted up beneath a rather large shade providing rock, and it was true enough that Suri was wrestling with the idea of moving it, she wasn't set on moving it to her garden. This was a bloom she wasn't familiar with and while it was a rather glorious shade of orange it was a toss up as to weather it had sprouted in the shade because it thrived in that environment, or if it had sprouted there simply because it hadn't had any other choice. If it enjoyed the shade, she was considering moving it to their den. It would be nice to have such a vibrant living plant in their quarters.
If she hadn't been distracted by the flower, there was a small chance she would have heard her pad sneaking up on her. He did it often enough that truth be told she'd taken to letting him sneak up on her occasionally just to see what he'd come up with this time.
When the cold water hit her though, she leaped into the air with a shriek. She spun on landing, turning, claws extended, to chase down her mate, "ROZ! I swear upon the gods, you are worse than one thousand cubs!"

Roz laughed as he ran, finding Suri's comments about him quite amusing. He was sure that she was right, and that his father would heartily agree with her. He was not concerned, though, as he knew by the time she caught up to him, Suri would be out of breath as well and not as inclined to harm him. That was one nice thing about getting the head start running. He could take out the advantage the lioness had of speed. He could not of course take away Lahoma's advantage, and seeing as he did not realize she was chasing after as well, he had a bit of a surprise when his tail had a jaw put on it and a gentle tug was given.
Roz stopped almost immediately, not from the tug, but because he had a plan. He flopped over dramatically and looked up at the female over him. He almost chuckled when he saw it was Lahoma that caught him. "I give up! What is a Pad to do when chased by such beautiful banus!" He just hoped Suri AND Lahoma did not team up on 'punishing' him. He would have hated to see what the two could have come up with together. When he thought Lahoma might not be paying as close attention, he reached out and tried to pull her down on top of himself to snuggle.
Roz could have been accused of acting like a cub at times, but most of the time one could tell he was not a cub and knew it. "Such beauty, come to me, my dear Lahoma." If Suri got close enough, he would likely try to add her to the snuggle pile by force, but he would try the diplomatic approach first. "Suri, join us! Come snuggle and we will help get you dry!" He was still proud of how easily he had gotten close enough to dump that water on Suri. He was not sure if he was that good at sneaking or Suri just liked being tormented.
