1) Personalized is a strong word. Just so it's not quite so dry. Having a hard time making myself focus on any one thing, so that would be why I'm not getting anything done for this. I'm sorry. D; But, hey, if I have the opportunity for making the conflict post more fun, I could channel that desire there.

Yeah, that was the main reason (other than money) why I was wary of that path. I'd be afraid of not being able to come up with anything interesting enough for the cult to go anywhere/advance up the levels. It would have to be a massive guild, too. But, eh, I don't know enough about it. xD

If I come up with anything, I'll let you know. At this point, I don't really see any room for improvement, so I'unno.

2) I understand the concepts, I just didn't add enough info. to cover everything fully. I was going to add stuff in later. Kind of like, have a short, less dry introduction into each of the concepts (eg. portal, places, rules, etc) then lay out all of the specific rules in a bullet-point-like manner, in order to get attention, then introduce the nit-picky stuff, but whateva. c:

You don't ever actually Skype with anyone? I live three hours away from my family, and that's the only way I can see them regularly. Plus, old friends and even new friends when neither of us wants to travel. xD

3) Yeah, I see your points. Regardless, I am going to use this idea on my own, because dark magical realism is fuuuun. If I think up a way for it to be less overpowered, I'll let you know. xD

Gotta say, I'm pretty in-love with the concept of Luna/Maddie. Could I take her?

Also, I got about a paragraph done yesterday before work. Definitely not done, but yo.

The city of Nocte resides in a sort of alternate dimension. Human beings can only travel to Nocte through portals that appear at random and draw one unsuspecting individual in—whether they like it or not. At this point in time, the human ceases to exist in his or her world and time, be it the past, present, or future, and is permanently a resident of Nocte (and the surrounding cities?). The ride from the human universe to Nocte is rough. It had been described as

She's the core and central character for Nocte so...
I really hope you'll stick to Nocte until then because
she'll probably be RP'd around META RPs.

I'm sort of commissioning her art from an artist but it
hasn't been done yet so you can just fill up the form
of her background and history and personality
but leave the character looks empty.

As to the paragraph...it's sounding good. OvO
Hmm...I wouldn't call the ride rough it's more disorienting
and nauseating. XD

p.s. Also I advice that when you're writing stuff about
a character's origin world you mostly skip that part.
There is no way back to your origin world (unless I change my mind)
so whatever old attachments must be severed and forgotten.
Also highly unlikely for anyone from your home world
to meet you. (i.e. there's so much time and parallel universes
that meeting you own home point is almost a statistical impossibility.)

Yeah, fair point. I don't know how awful this coming semester is going to be, and I don't want to take her if I don't think I'll be able to do her justice. Don't want to make any promises I can't keep. What about Professor Rokitansky?

Right. That's what I'm doing. I got a little bit written the other day. How regularly would you like me to post what I've written, for you to read? Every individual post? Every paragraph?
