After venturing through the Tunnel System, one would find themselves in the Underground Sanctuary, Home of the Black (free) Market. Due to the nature of the City above, this market and business was able to flourish at the same time while remaining hidden. Those who could obtain unique, valuable, and powerful goods were often brave enough and strong enough to pass through the tunnel system. The undesirables, as well as the authorities, wouldnt dare pass through, thus keeping the business, organization, and the Vault hidden and unknown to those who had no business knowing it existed.

The black market was centered around a man known as Hadjin Toriyoko, who was also the leader of a secretive, selective, illusive, and effective Hassassin Guild. Down here, everything had a price, including loyalty. If someone wanted a truly rare, powerful, and unique weapon all one had to do was come with the right equipment...or the right pocket book. Due to his keen and curious eye, Hadjin often bought rare and valuable materials, weapons, trinkets, almost anything that was of value to add to the Vault.

Description: The indomitable staff is an interesting, powerful, and versatile weapon in the hands of a capable user. Made out of a synthetic composite, and crafted by the master hand of an unknown Smith, this staff when swung warps and controls the material to make an omni-directional blade, augmenting any staff related strike or technique with the sharpness and effectiveness of a sword. Despite being made of synthetic material, this staff is light yet durable to the layer point of nearly indestructible, and is usable with any staff related bukijutsu style.

Weapon Properties: Strong Build, slightly heavy, chakra stopping
Description: The Morpheus Helm is an Ancient armor with special properties. The helm, when worn, regulates the chakra flow in the area surrounding it. This is a useful property, as it protects and negates all visual and auditory genjutsu attempted against the user. However, this comes at a price, stopping the user from performing any genjutsu themselves, any ninjutsu that originates from the mouth, or from utilizing any doujutsu. Additionally, performing any ninjutsu (not originating from the mouth) costs 1.5x chakra cost to perform the same technique. Performing any complex techniques requires an additional 10 chakra to perform.

Once the user sells/looses posession of the scroll they lose access to the additional technqiues.

Suoh arrived into the black market and looked around, seeing the people here he was still having his mind wander onto the situation he'd witnessed. There was no where to run, no where to hide either... so the shinobi committed suicide? Why.. Suoh brought his hands together and summoned two of his custom puppets. Kakusu, the Camouflager and Menei, the Speed boosting Puppet. He was going to put them up for sale or trade them in, depending on what people offered.

If Suoh had a watch, he'd bee looking at it cause this was taking to long, this trip to Sasagi was eventful non the less. He'd learnt Senjutsu, caught a mysterious shinobi and was now going to try and sell two of his puppets. Suoh scanned the man and looked at him with a bit of uninterest, no way a man dressed in rags could afford these two. However, Sasagi City had already surprised him once... "20,000 Ryo. Sebastian calmly walked through the tunnels towards the light coming out at some underground sanctuary of sorts. He kept his breath mask on which hid his face and made sure that he wouldn't get tricked into breathing something in. He arrived at a place one one other person speaking with a man who didn't seem to speak english well. Activating his sharingan he looked around at the people and items taking in the details as he walked. The items were interesting at the least, he would come back here when he had money for certain items. He noticed the one who seemed to be the buyer hair, it was a familiar color. And while the trader waited for the buyer to respond he was muttering something about puppets. Puppetry while used around the world was most common in Suna. He walked near to where the trader and buyer were talking. He could see a large expensive looking mirror sitting near him. Moving from his spot he positioned himself to the mirrors reflection would mirror the buyer. Sebastian stopped, he recognized the face. It seemed he would need to cut his trip down here short. While he could see Souh face the other way around was also true. His own face with his sharingan would appear from Souh perspective. Sebastian would slowly backed away. He needed to report this.

Although Suoh was in this village, he did not where any insignia to which connected him to his home or the Suond village. He was clad in black and although recognized as Suoh rather easily, he was not connected to any land or place... Suoh looked at the bargainer and looked at him with uninterested eyes and then sighed. "Fine then." He snapped his fingers and the puppets disappeared from behind him in a poof of smoke. If the merchant didn't want them for Suoh's price, then he'd not get them. That was business. But... Suoh felt someone watching him. He looked around for a second then saw something in the reflection of a mirror, a familiar, red glow of someones eyes.

The Sharingan...

Suoh's eyes met with those of Sebastian through the reflection, and Suoh's pupils quickly changed to that of a snakes, the yellow glow of his florescent golden eyes would make any weak of heart to hear for their safety, but, much like coming face to face with a Cobra, or Rattlesnake, you have that period of not wanting to move, fearing it would also move with you... He had a thirst all of the sudden, or perhaps.... An offer? Suoh slipped past the merchant and made his way towards the person he'd seen. Suoh was still obsessed with the sharingan, whether his intentions were hostile or friendly though, was based on how the next few seconds played out. "Uchiha. Only One Tomoe?" (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Too late, he had been noticed, contacting Sanshi at this point would only lead to trouble, he didn't enough intel on this area to fight well. Has Souh been here the entire time since he left? If that was the case he had a territorial advantage knowing the lay out of this place and any friends he could have lurking in the shadows. Souh's eyes left him unaffected he had been trained to hard to be affected by such a thing. If he was trying to instill fear in him, he would find it to be quite difficult. Thankfully he was quite covered up wouldn't want him to recognize him down the road."Quite perceptive, What of them?" Neither hostile or friendly was the reply, more curious than anything. Why did he want to know about his bloodline, did he want them? he'd probably be incompatible with the-no, Sebastian remembered he was a puppeteer . Strong puppeteers could take the bodies of the deceased and turn them into puppets. Was that his game? to attempt to kill him and turn him into a puppet? Luckily for him his eyes were at there weakest point, dead and being a puppet wouldn't allow them to advance further than the first stage. But he could of course force him to advance to the next stage then kill but he would still miss out on the third stage. Either way Sebastian was ready, his cloak hiding the tense body ready to react.

Suoh looked at the Sharingan user and smirked at the response the Uchiha gave him. Suoh stood before him and crossed his arms across his chest. Looking into his eyes his own went back to their normal golden circles. But as Suoh looked into the eyes it was almost as if he was looking at someone else... He then snapped out of it and sighed to the Uchiha "It's a rare sight to see an Uchiha... especially one who lacks in hatred..." Suoh said as h stepped past him and went on with his way. "You must have a nice life... One like my old one." Suoh's eyes slimmed as he looked down to the tunnels and with a small remorseful frown he turned and looked at him. "But much like mine did... that'll probably end soon." Suoh then walked down into the tunnels and rambled as he did so... "Maybe a near death experience, maybe a loved one lost, maybe a grudge, maybe destruction... whatever comes your way, be prepared. S'all I can say." But before he was about to turn a corner and looked at Sebastian in the eyes again. "You are very hot... Your temperature I mean. You must be from a very dry place." Suoh said pausing for a second then a smile slowly rose up the sides of his face. He then stepped out of view and exited into the tunnels. Suoh had the eyes of a snake, he could sense heat, and everyone from Suna was used to the heat... even Suoh. He could remember when he first left, shivering in the normal weather of Kirigakure...

Sebastian remained silent while Suoh spoke, when he told him that his nice life would end, that something would cause it to go back. He wouldn't turn out like him no matter what, as long as he had Amai with him. He would always be the same person. When he spoke about being from a dry place he still said nothing. He then left probably figuring out where he was from. He lifted his radio to his mouth and whispered."Sanshi-sama, I've spotted Suoh in the tunnels he's heading out now." He then went after him he needed to get through these tunnels anyways.

James nodded to the man, "I am a Hyouton, born with the ability to sculpt powerful ice to my will, it is what constructs my armor as we speak, and a it enables me to form nearly anything out of ice as hard as steel, that will not melt in normal conditions, even strong fire ninjutsu cannot melt my best creations.

And with that, James would begin to work, He sculpted the barrel, the optic, the chamber, the magazine and the ammo, and held his creation before him.

"I call this the Valkyrie. A four shot, long distance weapon, that fires a .50 inch soft ice projectile at 2600 feet per second. It's deadly to 600 yards and and is extremely easy to use."

James looked across the sanctuary and spotted a large rat.

"Rat at the bottom of the far wall, the fat one with the short tail"

James raised the Valkyrie to his shoulder, and depressed the trigger, making a whump sound as the ice was propelled forward by stored wind chakra, and the rat exploded into mist.

"I can make more reloading magazines for it, adding four more shots and the wind to propel it. but this is just a example of what I can make, It is cold, so wrap your hands if you wish to test it. I also have money, If you do not want one of my creations."
