Kekkei Genkai Jutsu:
• Chiton: Soriddo [ Blood Release: Solid ] -E-Ranked-
A basic ability of the Aneikage clan which allows them to solidify their blood.

This technique allows the user to convert any person's blood to their blood by taking it in their body.
• Chiton: Kakuri [ Blood Release: Isolation ] -C-Ranked-
This technique allows the user to isolate foreign threats in their body, preventing them from spreading.

Upon expelling the blood from their body it can be returned into body by an open wound, as the blood reenters the body it purifies itself of any impurities it has picked up.

The user can create a clone made of blood which contains 1/10th of the user's power, but would require 1/10th of their blood. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. Upon being injured enough, the clone will turn into blood.

The cursed seal gives the target a horrifying case of Hemophilia; after which, even the slightest wounds literally begin to spurt out blood almost uncontrollably. Only high level medical ninja and Unsealing jutsu can stop the seal and undo the damage done, or the target will bleed to death in minutes.
• Aka Higi: Chi DNA Kirikae [ Red Secret Technique: Blood DNA Conversion ] -B-Ranked-
This technique allows for the manipulation of blood all the way down to a molecular level. By placing a DNA sample into any amount of his spilled blood, he can use chakra to convert the blood to match the DNA of the sample.
• Blood Skull Transformation Technique- Bird -B-Ranked-
Forming the Bird handsign, Kuroko's blood skull will spit out small, tiny birds that will peck away at their target. Upon being pecked by these birds, they will inject Kuroko's blood into the person's body. After finishing, they will return inside of the skull's mouth.
• Aoi Higi: Mocking Bird [ Blue Secret technique: Mocking Bird ] -A-Ranked-
This technique allows the user to take on the DNA traits of any blood the person ingests. This can be anything such as memories, genetic memories, techniques, etc.
• Aka Higi: Chimei Bakuha [ Red Secret Technique: Fatal Explosion ] -A-Ranked-
This is a favorite technique for the more advanced members of the Chiton users, inexperienced members are forbidden from learning it. Once the user's blood enters the targets body, he can make his opponent's blood rush to his eyes and seconds later after pressure is built the eyes will explode. It is a very painful experience and causes to target to go into shock and eventually bleed to death.
• Blood Pool Surprise ~ A Rank [Custom]
If ever there is a large amount of blood coating the field of battle, Kuroko can use this to trap his opponents. By using simple Solidifying and manipulation of his blood, Kuroko can form a large cage around his opponent, if they are standing in the blood. Once this has happened, Kuroko can cause the blood to collapse in on the person, solidifying and crushing them, in a similar fashion to Garra's sand coffin technique. (A pool of blood would be classified as over 6 litres of blood.)
• Blood Seal- Grim Reaper ~ A Rank
This is a fuuinjutsu devised by Kuroko to give Curse Marks to people of his choosing. This particular curse marks takes the shape of Death itself. When placed on a person, the curse seal will appear to look like a simple scythe on the person's body. Activation of the seal can be done at any given point by the seal bearer, and Kuroko. Activation of this seal will slowly erode away the person's free will, and bend them to serving Kuroko.
Stage 1- This stage can be activated at any given point by the seal bearer. Upon activation, the seal bearer will be granted a large, bloody scythe that can be used in combat. From the seal, blood will pour and take the form of a miniature grim reaper, then quickly change into a scythe to be used in combat. The seal bearer is then compulsed to grab the scythe. Upon holding the scythe, the blood scythe will wrap itself around the seal bearer's hands, making sure that they cannot drop the weapon. When using the scythe, the seal bearer will find that their perception to their surroundings, their speed, and their strength will all be increased.
Stage 2- The only way to achieve the second stage of this seal is by having Kuroko upgrade the seal. When this has been done, upon activation of the seal, blood will once again pour from the mark. This time, taking on a much larger Grim Reaper, the user will receive a cloak of blood, a mask to dawn upon their face, and a larger version of their scythe. Along with an upgrade of the original effects, the user will be immune to any form of visual based Genjutsu and Doujutsu, thanks to the mask.
• Blood Seal- Vampire ~ A Rank
This is a fuuinjutsu devised by Kuroko to give Curse Marks to people of his choosing. This particular curse marks takes the shape of a small bat. Activation of the seal can be done at any given point by the seal bearer, and Kuroko. Activation of this seal will slowly erode away the person's free will, and bend them to serving Kuroko.
Stage 1- This stage can be activated at any given point by the seal bearer. Upon activation, the seal bearer will undergo minor physical changes. They will find that their canine teeth will extend in size and sharpen. On top of this, their eyes will be glazed red with blood. By staring at a person, the seal bearer's target will slowly drift off into a deep sleep over the period of three (3) posts. In this drowsy state between the three posts, the affected target can Kai to stop the event, however if the three posts play out and the person is unable to Kai, they will fall asleep. The only means of breaking a person from this sleep would be by causing physical pain, or having another person use Kai on them.
Stage 2- The only way to achieve the second stage of this seal is by having Kuroko upgrade the seal. When this has been done, upon activation of the seal, the user will receive a set of bloody wings on their back. Along with the first stage's effects, the seal bearer will be able to have increased hearing, and chakra drain. Chakra drain can only be applied by making physical contact with a person, or rapid chakra drain by biting into the person's flesh.
• Blood Seal- Lycanthropy ~ A Rank
This is a fuuinjutsu devised by Kuroko to give Curse Marks to people of his choosing. This particular curse marks takes the shape of a full moon. Activation of the seal can be done at any given point by the seal bearer, and Kuroko. Activation of this seal will slowly erode away the person's free will, and bend them to serving Kuroko.
Stage 1- This stage can be activated at any given point by the seal bearer. Upon activation, the seal bearer will have either an arm covered with blood, resembling the clawed arm of a lycan, or if they lack an arm, having their arm that of a lycan's. The claws of the arm are strong enough to tear through flesh and bone. On top of this, they will receive increased sense of smell, heightened hearing, strength and speed.
Stage 2- The only way to achieve the second stage of this seal is by having Kuroko upgrade the seal. When activating, the user's body will be coated with blood, which slowly takes the shape of a lycan. Having the same effects of the first stage, the second stage will cause the user to lose complete control, aiming to kill everything in their way. On top of this, the user will gain the ability to see at night perfectly.
• Skull/Body Creation ~ S Rank [Custom]
With this technique, if Kuroko has a human skull, he can use this to create a "Skull of Clansmen" item. In order to do this, the skull must be that of someone that Kuroko has killed.
• Blood Skull Transformation Technique- Serpent ~ S Rank
Forming the serpent handsign when Kuroko's skull demon is roaming, it will slowly transform into a large, blood serpent, able to strike out at lightning speeds and bite into a person's body, injecting Kuroko's blood into the victim. The target can also be eaten alive by the snake creature, having the same effect as the skull's consumption of a person.
• Blood Seal Upgrading ~ S Rank
This technique allows Kuroko to upgrade a person's curse seal to the second stage. The only way this can be done is through consuming Kuroko's blood. By doing this, there is a 1 in 6 chance of the technique working, 4 in 6 chance of the technique failing, and 1 in 6 chance of the person dying. This will be determined by random number generation. Each try, the chances will be reduced by 1 (For example, on the third try of going for Stage 2, the number generation will be 1 to 4, where 1 is always the number you need to get to activate stage two, and four is the point of death). If the person gets the highest number from the number generator, their body will completely reject the blood, and as a result, the blood will tear the person's body apart.
Ninjutsu:
• Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique ~ E Rank
Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
• Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique ~ E Rank
Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
• Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill ~ E Rank
Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
• Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
• Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking ~ E Rank
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
• Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique ~ D Rank
Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
• Kai - Release ~ C Rank
Kai is a Ninjutsu which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
• Water Style: Raging Waves ~ C Rank
Water gushes out from the mouth like a waterfall and washes away the enemy. One can freely control the power of this technique with the amount chakra one releases. Having many variations, this is a basic Water Style jutsu.
• Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu ~ B Rank
This jutsu shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill.
• Water Style: Water Wall ~ B Rank
This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skilful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.
• Water Style: Exploding Water Shock Wave ~ B Rank
The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used; when used with Kisame's enormous chakra, even a dry wasteland can become a small ocean. Afterwards, the excess water can be used for additional Water Style jutsu.
• Water Style: Water Shockwave ~ A Rank
This jutsu allows the user to make a spiralling vortex of water. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes.
• Water Style: Super Exploding Water Shockwave ~ S Rank
A stronger version of the Water Style: Exploding Water Shock Wave. With it, the user spits out a large amount of water, covering an entire area with crushing, unavoidable waves. The water then forms into a giant orb, instead of letting it flow freely like the original.
• Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei - Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation ~ S Rank
The Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation (口寄せ・穢土転生, Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei) is a forbidden technique where, using a living person as a vessel, a deceased person's soul can be called back to the world of the living and bound to it. The vessel will then take on the form that person had in life, thereby reincarnating them to do their summoner's bidding.
Iryo Ninjutsu:
• Jyokin no Jutsu - Bacteria Elimination Technique ~ D Rank
The user's hands glow a pale green light, the shape of the 'chakra flame' resembles a small dagger. It disinfects local areas (specific parts of the body, or items) by killing off 99.9% of bacteria and other nasties, or can disinfect a whole room for more skilled ninja.
• Acupuncture ~ B Rank
A medical form that stabs nerve points with needles. It can either be used for aid, to invigorate a limb or similar, or if used correctly, can disable body parts and make them unable to perform actions. However, you can’t really kill someone with acupuncture (a skilled acupuncturist can however, fake death – that level of skill would be around Chuunin to Jounin level), and you cannot disable vital internal organs. If arm is disabled, certain seals can still be performed – which means jutsu can be used. Also, for example, a whole leg cannot be disabled by one needle – a specific part of the leg may disable from the knee to the ankle down, but the toes and thighs could still function.
• Delicate Illness Extraction Technique ~ B Rank
When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body. This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison.
After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine after it has been analysed. This can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis, incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu.
• Kizudate no Jutsu - Wound Shield Technique ~ A Rank
The user summons up a barrier that can be used to encase the patient and the user to prevent any debris or bacteria entering the operation area. It also grants them the ability to camouflage within the environment. Summarily, it's like a portable tent when an operation / cutting open of the body is needed, but the environment is too harsh to operate, and there are no suitable clinics around. It also disinfects the surrounding area once it is established. However, the barrier can be broken by sharp, penetrating attacks, equal to the shield's rank.
• Shousenjutsu - Mystical Palm Technique ~ A Rank
A multi-use medical technique that can be used to both heal wounds and perform minor surgery by either speeding up cell regeneration or forming a small chakra scalpel to make cuts where necessary.
• Bone Repair ~ A Rank [Custom]
A similar technique to Mystical Palm, Kuroko can focus his chakra in order to repair any broken or fractured bones inside or outside of a person's body.
• Chakra Scalpels ~ A Rank
The user's hands glow sharp blue with chakra, and they can be used to surgically cut flesh and make precise incisions without the risk of bleeding. They can be used offensively in combat, although it requires delicate chakra control and is incredibly draining without the use of soldier pills or other medicines that enhance body peformance.
• Ranshinshō - Important Body Points Disturbance ~ A Rank
By converting her chakra into electricity and striking the enemy, Tsunade is able to disrupt the signals that are sent from the brain to the opponent's nervous system in order to function. For example, if someone tried to move their right arm, a different part of the body would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move. However, the victim can partially overcome the technique if they manage to relearn the connection between their brain and their limbs.
• Sōzō Saisei -- Creation Rebirth ~ S Rank
By releasing a seal somewhere on the user's body, chakra is dispersed and stimulates the proteins of the user's body to increase the speed of cell division and reconstruction of cells for as long as they have enough chakra. This allows one to recreate all organs and tissues, thus it is known as the absolute pinnacle of medical ninjutsu. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. However, a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime, and by speeding up this process, the user is shortening their natural lifespan.
Fuuinjutsu:
• Seal of Blood Conversion ~ B Rank [Custom]
A seal made out of Kuroko's blood, if planted on an object, will transform any blood inserted into the object into his own blood. One of these seals is currently attached to the Skull of Clansmen.
• Seal of Blood Drawing ~ B Rank [Custom]
A seal that, once placed onto the ground, will draw in all blood outside of a body within a twenty foot radius, to where the seal was placed.

In combat, Kuroko will throw the skull into the air, and after hovering for a moment, the skull will begin to spill out blood in rapid succession, forming itself a large, skeletal body made out of the blood. Upon creating the Blood Skeleton, the Skull of Clansmen will return to Kuroko's hands. This creature will fight under Kuroko's orders, obeying each and every command. In its skull state, it will consume blood put into its mouth, and store if for usage on a future time. Once used in combat, its size will depend on how much blood has been put into the skull. In combat, the skull will have three methods of attacking. Its first, and the most traditional form of attacking, is that it will swipe at its opponent, tearing its claw-like fingers through flesh and bone. The force of the swing is enough to cut through a small tree's trunk. The second method of attacking is that it will spit blood at its opponent, which Kuroko can chain with his own personal abilities. Its final form of attack is it will attempt to swallow a person whole. If it succeeds in consuming a person, it will drain the person of all of their blood and spit out their corpse, storing the blood for another usage. If the skull is destroyed in some manner, then the creature will turn into nothing more than a bloody pool on the ground.
Stethoscope of Thought ~ A Rank
Upon touching a person with the stethoscope on their chest, Kuroko can hear the heart beat of a person, along with their current thoughts. Not used in combat by him, but an excellent tool for interrogations.

Political/social philosophy: He believes that the strong who are in power deserve their power, and will respect them for their achievements.
Background: Little is known about Kuroko than he worked inside of the hospital for most of his life. Constantly seeing death every day, it was strange that he could always be smiling at all points in his life. The ninja was extremely versatile, using the combination of his Bloodline and Iryo Ninjutsu to save lives, and decimate his foes. Kuroko received his Kageship at the age of Twenty-Two, and has been the Kage for two long years now. Besides the one disappearance of a person, Kuroko's time as a Kage has been well handled.
