Can't say I know what sub-modality is. What are they?

well modalities are our basic five senses: sight, touch, taste, smell, and hearing.

sub modalites are things encompassed by each sense such as:

sight:
Black & White or Colour
Near or Far
Bright or Dim
Location
Size of Picture
Associated / Dissociated
Focused or Defocused
Framed or Unbounded
Movie or Still
If a Movie-Fast/Normal/Slow
3 Dimensional or Flat

sound:
Loud or Soft
Near or Far
Internal or External
Location
Stereo or Mono
Fast or Slow
High or Low Pitch
Verbal or Tonal
Rhythm
Clarity
Pauses

touch:

Strong or Weak
Large Area or Small Area
Weight: Heavy or Light
Location
Texture: Smooth or Rough
Constant or Intermittent
Temperature: Hot or Cold
Size
Shape
Pressure
Vibration

i enjoy basic association and disassociation with these, but i was wondering if anyone had different techniques regarding them.

I think I understand. I've been experimenting a little with binaural sounds as of late. Those have been successful with producing a trance-like state with myself.

Binaurals are a great tool, but i have heard that isochronic tones are reportedly stronger, and have grown due to recent popularity. i play around alot with audio files and techniques.

i admit i need work with my scripts, and thats where the sub modalities come in, for example, for a kinesthetic trigger for a general feel good experience, "visualize a time when everything just felt right, where you felt good about your self. i want you to watch the memory like a movie, like you are sitting in the movie theaters, now make the picture larger, brighter and clearer, the colors more vibrant and alive. now touch your fore finger to your thumb, and remember that every time you do this you can feel just right anytime you touch your fore finger to your thumb."

see, i need alittle work lol

Isochronic, huh? I'm going to look into that.

I've tried scripts before, but I've had limited success with them.

well, did you record them yourself, or are they recorded by someone else? i have the understanding that all hypnosis is self hypnosis and that individuals have strong rapport with themselves, with other people its hit and miss. that and computer voices are usually rapport breakers.
