Reaching out to the LGBT community?

I've been feeling very lonely recently and was wondering if anyone knew of a way to communicate with more members of the LGBT community weather it be websites, blogs what have you.

I just moved recently and I've had a terrible time trying to find some like minded friends, people I can be comfortable with.

If anything thanks for listening to me complain.
