"Very well, I will arrange something for tomorrow." D'lin had to have time to figure out what she was going to wear and what to do with her hair.

D'lin had three servants fussing over her, making sure that she looked cute for her outing. She also had three girls dolling up Shi'me. The baby was not too cooperative with the hair and tail curling and did not seem to like her frilly dress.

Kon was there for his daughter. He needed to make sure she was OK what with being frail. He couldn't help but laugh with how she hated wearing a dress reminding him of Kia when she was little.

D'lin checked herself out the mirror. "I do not still look pregnant, right?" She turned around to see her body better.

Kon looked at her. "You still look fine. Told you that having a child would not ruin your body."  

[Duchess Marie]

D'lin smoothed her hair one more time, "all right, I am ready." She had a servant carrying the baby. "Just do not wrinkle her dress," she instructed.

"I'm not sure she likes wearing a dress. She acting the same way Kia did when she was her age."  

[Duchess Marie]

"She needs to be pretty, especially the first time everyone sees her. First impressions are the most important."

Meanwhile in the courtyard, Kolo was helping the Silverblade trainer with Le'si's training.

Le'si stood ready, "I wonder if D'lin is coming out of her house before lunch?"

Kolo also was ready. "I believe so. My brother was very convincing." He then looked to Kemi at the side.  

[Duchess Marie]

"All right, well, I am bored so take a swing until they get here." Kia held her sword in a defense posture.

"Glad you could join us Kia."  

[Duchess Marie]

"Is there going to be cake for this?" She smirked, "just want to know if it is some sort of party."
