Guild Rules

1. Follow the Gaia website TOS (Terms of Service). They can be found here. (See section 4 of the TOS specifically for the site rules.)
2. No bullying (unless in-character in an RP). We have zero tolerance. We will block you from the guild and report you to Gaia.
3. No trolling. We will block you from the guild and report you to Gaia.
4. Those who create RP worlds work hard to do so. Do not plagiarize or publish any RP in whole or in part.
5. No spamming. You may post as many legitimate posts as you like in the appropriate threads/forums, but please do not post random pictures or nonsense posts.
6. Do not post overly large photos. Please keep them less than 1000x1000 and within the Gaia TOS (no nudity, violence, or otherwise graphic material).
7. Please do not over decorate your posts. Decorate them how you like, but it must be easy to read (including font color), and the decoration should be more prevalent than the actual text. (Meaning do not have a long post with only a few words in reply.)
8. This is a literate RP guild. Please use correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation. If English is not your first language, we understand and will make allowances (meaning, we won't be jerks and we won't kick you out). But if we try to read your post and cannot understand what you've posted, this may not be the guild for you.
9. We do not accept one-line RP posts. Please be descriptive. We put a lot of thought into our RPs and expect at least a paragraph (five or more sentences) in each post.
10. Follow each forum rules, which can be found in the About posts at the top of each. Some forums will not allow member to create new threads, others have posting/profile formats they'd like you to use, and some have special game rules to make the experience unique and fun. So please read the rules for each sub-forum and follow them.

Last but not least, we were a very active guild once and we're trying to be as active again. This means that each member that wishes to stay in the guild must post at least two days a week. If you cannot meet the posting requirement during a week for a valid reason (in the hospital, family issues, exams, etc.) then let us know. We understand. Post as much as you can, if at all, and we'll see you more when you get back. If you have to take a break (maximum two weeks) for a legitimate reason (vacation, work, grounded from the computer, etc.) just let us know and we'll keep track of things for you. If it is easier in these situations, we sometimes offer RP on Facebook.

However if you are gone more than two weeks or do not have a legitimate reason for inactivity, you will be removed from the guild. We promise it's not personal. If you find yourself removed, simply click that join button again if you want to join, simply state in the "application" box that you were a former member, and we'll add you back right away. No questions asked.

The only users exempt from this activity clause are the original guild members.

Note: If you have any RP suggestions (for current RPs or ideas for new RPs), ideas for games, contests, forums, etc. then please post here.

Thank you, and enjoy the guild!
Your Captain,
