The Xiao-Ping estate is complete with six-hundred guest bedrooms, fifty-four master bathrooms, an inside pool and spa, an outside pool with water-park. a Complete entertainment centre. The Xiao-Ping Estate also has a private bar, Karaoke room. It also has a Private library of history and other book genres. A large Dojo is at the back of the Estate, next to where the Dance and Music studios are. Finally to get to the Dojo, Dance and Music Studios there is a Rose maze which only Synthia knows off by heart. In Synthia's room there is a hidden safe with her inheritance.
