Vanna watched Abel’s expressions as Abel thought about the question Vanna had asked him. He probably should have waited a bit longer to ask as there would be no way to teach Abel in the middle of winter but eh, was best to get it out there before Vanna even changed his mind. However he let out a little snort when the male wouldn’t look at him.

“You have no imagination what so ever, if I’m going to kill someone it as hell sure isn’t going to be by drowning. Drowning is the most unimagitive death ever.” Vanna snorted clearly not impressed. Besides drowning someone in a fit of passion while teaching them how to swim was just way too much work and the victim tended to struggle like crazy. Nope definitely not on his top ten ways of killing someone.

Wait, had he just spent the last few seconds arguing over how it would be like to kill someone by drowning, and even worse that he at least had ten more creative ways lurking in the back of his head. His mind utterly scared him while he was sick.

"Yes, because telling someone their imagination is dull when it comes to death plotting is something you need to talk about." He rolled his eyes in response to Vanna, glaring daggers at the male. Stupid little punk. Vanna was lucky he was sick! Well... Abel would have helped him any- Nope. No. Nope. He would have let Vanna go die outside, right?

Abel folded his paws when he had finally settled down. Viewing Vanna quietly, he sighed against his better judgement. Vanna did look really sick.... and didn't that mean he was probably cold? Vanna might die if cold, and while Abel often prayed he would he.... didn't want a dead body in his home.

"Don't get any stupid ideas." Abel quietly grumbled as he crawled towards Vanna and flopped beside the other, offering his warmth with a quiet frown. "You should sleep. It'll help." Was that concern? Worry? Hell, like he was revealing that.

“Well then it’s simple, don’t talk about how I would use teaching you how to swim as a way to drown you” Vanna teased. However Abel was right, he hated really thinking about those things. He was always afraid he would end up like his father and just fall back into those cruel strict ways that have always been shoved on him.
The thought caused a cough to go through him, and a small shudder. Yep definitely needed a safer topic.
And he got it as Abel settled down next to him. His eyes flashed with surprise as he was settled closed to. While abel had constantly been surprising him, although he knew the boy was rather good at heart even if he wanted others to believe he was, he had never just chosen to be this close to Vanna before.
“Pfft too late” He teased but non the less brought his body back to the ground again. Sleep would be good, and the other did smell rather decent and was surprisingly extremely warm. Had vanna been that cold? Non the less it was a pleasant feeling and Vanna found himself eventually dozing off.
