Umi slept like a rock. And morning came too soon for him. Soon he was stirred from dreamland by his alarm clock. He lifted his hand to find it so he could turn it off. But he ended up having to look up just to get too it. He sat up slowly with a groan. Sitting on his bed, the blackest around his waist and in his lap, he rubbed his face and ran a hand through his hair as he looked around the room. What did he have to do to get ready? What was he going to wear? He pulled the blankets off and walked to his door. He head to the bathroom and shut the door, locking it as he did his business.

Gabriel was already awake, downstairs cooking breakfast for himself like he always did, that and food for Umi when he got downstairs. He laid the food on the table where he had his backpack draped over the back of the chair that he sat in. He sat down and began to eat his food, he didn't really feel like going to school today, but he would have to get over it and go. He wondered if Umi was late for his job.

Umi came down a little while later. He was dressed in a high collar shirt to hide his hickeys. He looked at Gab. “Morning.” He said, fiddling with his cuff as he walked into the kitchen. That’s when he noticed Gab cooked any. “You cooked again?” He asked, taking a seat across from Gab at the table, eyes the food. He looked at the clock and groaned. “We have to hurry.” He said. He didn’t want to be late.

"Good morning." Gabriel gave a little good morning wave to his brother, "Yes, you should eat before you go anywhere. You look tired when you come back home, food gives you energy." He answered while eating himself, stopping once he swallowed to speak. Once he was finished he took his plate over to the sink and cleaned it till it was spotless then placed it back in the cabinet and gathered the rest of his school supplies, waiting on Umi to finish with patience.

Umi just rolled his eyes at his brother comment. That was a duh. Why did he have to state everything like that? People do have some sense. But he didn’t say anything. He just sat down, took his plate and got some food. He started to eat, still tired from his lack of sleep but he would have to live with that. He watched as Umi washed his plate and then gathered his things. He sighed slightly, eating faster before he too was finished. He placed his plate in the sink, determined to wash it later. “Let’s go.” He said, grabbing his jacket as he walked to the door.

Gabriel nodded, following his brother out the door to the car. He had thought for a while though that he would be just fine walking to school on his own, it gave him more time for thought and less time being scrutinized by other people. He waited until Umi was inside before hopping into the car himself holding his backpack on his lap and staring out the window, beginning to space out already for the first time that day.

Umi hoped into the car and barely waited for Gab to get in before he started the car and pulled out. He did his seat belt and started to drive, constantly looking in his mirror looking to see if he could see the hickeys. He was pissed. And didn’t even noticed Gab zoning the world out already. He put the radio on some channel . It didn’t take long to get to Gab’s school. “Have a good day. And try to pay attention.” He said. “Mom and dad or gone for probably a week, so make your own dinner. I don’t know when I might get home.” He said.
((what if Gab follows him to his second job and asks for a date from Umi, just to get him not to sleep around?))

[ Oh wow I'm really sorry that I forgot about this. ;u ; I think i started getting busy a while ago and just never checked back. Sorry about that. Dx I will post if you still want to keep going or not, just so you have something to come back to. ;w;
And as for that ages old question, it sounds like a good idea. :>]

Gabriel hopped out of the car at a moderately fast pace, not wanting to hinder his new brother. Though he was curious as to where he was going during the day that he came back so late at night with those weird hickey like marks on his body.
He then resolved that he would follow the man as he nodded and watched him drive a safe distance. He looked to his school and decided that it wouldn't quite matter if he took a day off to help his new brother and started running in the direction he saw the car moving. He was going to catch Umi and hopefully stop him from doing what he was doing.

Umi had to hurry. He didn’t want to be late for his job at the café. Because if he was he would have to stay later and that would make him late for his second job later that night. He was going to a host lounge to try and pick up more clients. He shifted the car into drive once Gab was out of the car and didn’t even wait for him to turn around before he started to drive off. He was focused on the day ahead of him and never thought to look back to see if Gab actually went into the school. He rushed to work, flying through the back door as he tied his apron before he stepped outside with a bright fake smile to take people’s orders. He had arrived just in time, so the manager had nothing to say to him. He kept this fake face for the day until he was off. Finally. Now to change and go client hunting. He had no idea that Gabriel hadn’t gone to school day had been following him most of the day. He changed in the back, the club was walking distance so he just walked, wearing his black suit with a blood red tie. He looked dashing.

Gabriel made sure to keep his distance all day as his brother worked, for fear of being spotted. Although a few times he did just walk right in front of his work place because he had forgotten what he was really there to do. He peered again into the windows and saw Umi go into the back, then hid when he came back out to make his way to a certain club. When his stepbrother was a safe distance out in front of him, he finally moved to tail him to the second job where he was sure he got those marks from. When he caught a glimpse of the other in his suit he was reduced to staring in awe. He had never quite seen someone look exactly like that in his life.
